ghogla beach

The beach is on the other side of Diu, very less frequented by travellers. Very few hotels/resorts nearby. It is near the checkpost of Diu on way to Una. Sugatti beach resort is on this beach, should anyone choose to stay.The beach is so serene, calm, having unspoilt stretch of sand, we were at love with the beach at very first sight. There are a few guys on the beach for watersports, although we could not spot anyone indulging in. The guys let us keep our sandals on the beach in their shack and explore Ghoghla beach from end to end. The waters are safe and clean for bathing. Must visit this beach instead of the crowded and costly Nagoa beach.Would suggest to carry some snacks as there is nothing nearby to eat. Sugatti resort could be an option to eating out.

This beach is best in Diu in my opinion. Me and my wife visited Ghoghla beach early in the morning and just fell in love with this place.

Was in time to meet fishermen returning from their overnight fishing trip.A good catch of prawns and lobsters. Dis-entangling the fishing net quite a job !

This is a very beautiful beach. Also, it is not as crowded as Nagoa beach and is a very good option to spend time with family. There are activities like para-gliding and water-sports. The distant view of Diu island across the pani-kotha is amazing.

Good beach. Safe for kids as water is not that deep till long way in. One can enjoy water sports and paragliding at reasonable prices. Cleanliness is plus point.

probably one of the only beaches in the world from where one can see sunrise and sunset, without going anywhere else. very clean, silent place. clean and no disturbances of any kind. if one is not interested in any exciting distraction, then it is one of the best beaches to relax. water is calm, shallow for long distance, water is clean. great place for a long walk.

This beach is comparatively less crowded then Nagoa beach. There are activities like parasailing. There is a sort of children's park at the entrance. The view of the sea and Diu island is enthralling.

Ghogla connects Diu with Gujarat. Beach is not as commercial as Nagoa but has its own charm and crowd.

Its aclean n peaceful beach just 15kms away from diu. One will not find much crowd. Hence, good for enjoying ocean waves sound and peaceful sight.

Let's face it. Although being a great place to relax and to see, Diu doesn't have the best beaches in India, not even by far. Anyway, if you're in Diu, it's worth the time going there even if not to see Diu city from the other side.

If you are a peace lover, you arre going to like it........beach beyond crowd.............you take your time in meditation and sunbath.......you will definitely love it....

Less crowdy same time very clean in compare to Nagoa beach. I dont think so any food facility available there it is on road. But really a good place. I suggest couples for this beach.

This is the best beach around here. Not so many people and comparatively cleaner. Not much waves around here but you can walk in the sea for a log distance. Nothing to eat or drink except at Sugati Beach resort. Overall OK like beach!!

The beach is the best one in Diu, much better than the popular and hyped brother Nagoa. The beach is much cleaner and calmer (no croud and diesel jeep noises). Overall a nice place to spend an afternoon and chill.

It is a calm & quiet sandy beach. Children can play in sand and adults can have strolling on this sandy beach. benches are available to sit and relax. Water sports facilities also available.
