Kids beginning to like strawberries thru fun. They certainly had a great time picking those strawberries, while eating them.

Went here with the family last weekend and it was not as good as any attraction at Baguio City. A bit inconvenient to go here because of the traffic. It wasn't as cold as the city. You can either make an arrangement to pick strawberries fresh from the farm or you can just buy it from the row of stores. Some products are more expensive than those on the market. The good thing about going here is the scenic view for photos and the strawberry ice cream. Some taxi drivers here are picky and would give a higher fare rate instead of metered fare so it would be advisable to just take a jeepney going back to the city and the jeepney drivers will bring you to Burnham park.

We went here just for the experience. Baguio has and always will be the place to be to get the freshest, sweetest strawberries. It was near Baguio City, around 30-45 minutes depending on the traffic. At that time, it was super traffic so it took us around an hour to get there. They have a big parking lot at the entrance but the walk to the farm is long so I suggest you park near the market area so you won't have to walk that long. The place is full of vendors: strawberry vendors, fruits and vegetable vendors, taho and ice cream strawberry vendors and a lot more. Prices of strawberry picking at the time we went there is P500 per kilo. You pick your strawberry and pay P500 for a kilo. Prices of fruits and vegetables are lower here compared to the Baguio market but if you are buying only a few items, I suggest you just go to the market. As I've said, we just went here for the experience. We didn't try the picking because it was too expensive but we went to the strawberry field and saw where they get all that strawberries. The place is a little chaotic and everything seemed expensive here. I think that's the price to pay for being famous now. I just hope they can preserve a little more of what it used to be for the future generations.

If you want to see strawberries, go to the public market. Nothing to do here. Just a waste of time. Control your bladder. You definitely don't want to use their restroom.

Older people might not enjoy strawberry picking as much but the kids will definitely love it. We went there on a monday morning so the place wasnt as crowded. Sadly, not much strawberries left since almost all of them got picked over the weekend. We barely reached half a kilo (we were offered 400php per kilo) but my son still enjoyed the experience very much. It rained the night before so there was mud all over the place and all over ourselves. I would suggest to just wear shorts (not that cold here) and slippers on muddy days. Some also wrapped their feet/shoes in plastic bags for protection. You visit this place for the experience of picking the strawberries yourselves so if you plan on buying a bunch, just go to the public market for 280php/kilo.

May or may not be worth it, depends on you. We came here a couple of days ago, January, and it was packed. Traffic was bad on the way here, traffic is really bad in Baguio. But we wanted to experience the whole thing. Coming at around 10am, most of the strawberries were already gone. The girl who assisted us told us that we should've come earlier that week. It is not organized, you needed to walk through the whole farm and find people who will offer you baskets that you could use for picking. We tried our luck and we were able to fill one basket/1 kilo on our own.

The strawberry farm was around 30 minutes away from Baguio City but you have to make allowances for traffic. We got there mid afternoon and were quite lucky to have cloudy and cool weather. There is no entrance fee to go into the farm but if you choose to pick strawberries, they are P450 per kilo. You pay for the strawberries directly to the farmers. Minimum of P450 even if you pick less than a kilo.We were able to pick some big ones and the kids enjoyed themselves as well. The farmers told us that they plant the strawberries in Sept and harvest anytime from Dec until May. So during the rainy months, there are no strawberries to pick.By the entrance of the farm, there are lots of strawberry icecream and taho vendors. There were also corn being sold in the area. Sadly, there are no clean restroom facilities in the area.

It costs 450 per kilo the time we went, which is twice the price if you buy the strawberries from the market.Most of the souvenirs and food items you can buy here can also be bought in the market at almost the same price but the strawberry ice cream here is a must try!

The Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad is approximately 30minutes from Baguio City. We reached it by 8am and it was not yet crowded and the morning sun is not damaging to skin. We are part of the earliest few who had the opportunity to do picking and choose the strawberry field we wanted to. We are lucky that its picking season. Need to know this season for one might end up just watching the farm. It costs php450 per kilo and it is prohibited to eat while picking. our total picks reached 700pesos. It was both fun picking and having pictorials for kids and kids alike. We left the farm after an hour where the parking lot is already getting full. There are also vegetable vendors and others selling pasalubongs. The cost is cheap but don't expect the highest quality of peanut brittle and ube Jams. We also bought broom, 3 for php100. We also tasted the peddled Strawberry ice cream. By the way, in between farms were sunflower blooms,the leafy vegetables like Romaine, Brocolli and onions sprouting. Truly, The Strawberry Farm is completing a Baguio Trip.

We went here noon time, it was kinda hot already... We ate strawberry ice cream which taste really good.... lots of fresh strawberries around, we didn't do the strawberry picking because we're on a tight budget its 500/kilo... but were able to buy fresh strawberries for 150/kilo. and I also noticed that the souvenirs, fresh vegetables, fruits and even merchandises are cheap here. You can buy a souvenir white t-shirt for only 2pcs for 150 pesos. Knitted baby dress for 100 pesos, outside its around 180 pesos. Though this area is a bit away from the main city of Baguio but very worth it to go into... There are also bathroom facilities, parking is a bit okay when we went there, Sunday noon. This place is a must visit when you go to Baguio area.

It has been a wonderful experience for me harvesting strawberries on my own for just PHP 150/U$ 3.5 for just one small basket. Please, if you're a foreigner and thinks that the farmer in-charge is overpricing, please ask for discounts politely and they shall give in with your subtle plea.Also, it's a farm so expect to get your footwears dirty especially when the soil is a little moist.

enjoyed picking strawberries straight from the plot. while having a pictorial with friends. that was a very nice experienced. i will never forget. there are also fresh vegetables, and flowers that you can buy in the farm. so nice.

Nothing beats choosing your own strawberries straight from the plots. Two boys acted as our guides and we did some strawberry picking for a few minutes until our basket had almost 1 pound of fresh strawberries. 600 pesos is quite expensive for just 1 pound but the experience was worth it. Just before you leave the area, buy some fresh veggies and strawberry ice cream. Yummy!

Have fun picking strawberries for you to consume and take home. It's a very good and exciting activity especially for kids. My son and his cousin enjoyed it. They had as much strawberries as they wanted.
