This is a picture perfect beach. Beautifully sandy beach, slightly wavy sea which I personally enjoy. Plenty of sun loungers available to hire, whilst if you would rather sit on the beach this is still possible.A very enjoyable day was spent here.

Accra beach is a lovely beach and has great facilities. Clean toilets and showers. Beach bars selling lovely cocktails and food at reasonable prices, There are plenty of sun loungers and a friendly atmosphere. Makes a great day on the beach,

Loved relaxing on the beach. It was fun to people watch. Chair and umbrella rental is really good. Food at Miss P's is excellent.

We went several mornings to walk the board walk. It is a beautiful walk and if you get warm you can take a dip in the crystal clear waters. There are also several restaurants along the way. Parking is a snap and the breeze coming off the water was delightful.

Beautiful beach with calm water and sand bar. The restroom is not stocked with toilet paper so if you need some be sure to ask.

The boardwalk starts here and goes north until you reach a sandy beach, you can walk to Bridgetown, then take a taxi back.

Gorgeous open and safe space to play in the waves and enjoy outdoor water sports! Lifeguard is there but be sure to have strong swimming skills when the waves pick up!

Accra Beach is clean and well-managed, just a quick walk from all kinds of shopping and restaurants. It is really in the center of things but when you are on the beach you might as well be miles away on a remote island!

I like this beach because its flat and has many umbrellas and sunbeds close by and some nice little beach bars close so you can easily buy local food snacks and beers etc.

I love this spot. It is relaxing and at lunch time the food trucks stop and you can get a massive home made lunch for $10. Barbados. Food is also served at kiosk on the beach if you don't want to walk to the food trucks. There are also local vendors selling custom made items and stunning beach dresses etc. The lawn chairs and umbrellas are rented out to visitors by locals which provide much needed shade and comfort for your time on the beach. We always rent from David who is the closest to the Accra Hotel. If you rent from David tell him Fran and Al say hi from Canada. I cannot say enough about this beach it is the jewel of the Island.

Also called Rockley beach. Great beach, with lots of room for everyone. Has bathrooms, outside shower to rinse off and vendors renting out chairs and umbrellas. Also has a lifeguard. Great location off the southcoast boardwalk.

Lovely while sand, bustling beach, great views both ways. Nice beach bars to cool down at. Great rum punch. Parking available. Great day at the beach

This has to be one of the best beaches on the south coast of Barbados. We stay at Accra Beach Hotel, so we have direct access to the beach right on our doorstep. There is something for everyone at this beach. Whether you want to relax on a lounge chair in the shade on a quiet part of the beach, or find a spot in one of the busier parts of the beach, it's your choice. There are ample lounge chairs and umbrellas to be rented at a reasonable price if you're not staying at the hotel, or just come with a towel and find a spot where you like. The beach is huge, so it is never overcrowded. Saturday and Sunday are probably the busiest days, as a lot of the locals come down to this beach on the weekends. There is a little shop area where locals are selling their goods, and you can grab a drink at one of the beach bars. Right across the street is a Chefette and Quayside Centre which has lots of shops and places to eat. There is also a beautiful boardwalk which is great for strolling along the south coast, and takes you to various restaurants that overlooking the water.This beach is very wide, has beautiful white sand, very little seaweed (if any at all, depending on the time of year), and the ocean is perfectly clear and turquoise. Some days the water is very calm, and other days it can be a bit rougher.

We stayed at Accra beach resort and spa and liked the beach very much. we could see many people walking on the beach early morning. It was a white sandy beach with clear blue water and safe to swim although sometimes you have to check the big waves.

This beach is very clean, white sands, crystal water.But very busy.There is plenty loungers and some market stalls to the left of Hotel Accra selling local gifts etc.
