The casino was ok, but tiny and no one was in it. Wish they would expand it or make it more appealing. Or lower the table limit on some of the tables.
I enjoyed the convenience of having a casino at the Ritz Carlton but the room itself is small and the number of tables limited. I prefer to play higher stakes blackjack and was bummed that the highest minimum table was $25. Unfortunately, you get a lot of "in and out" players that have $200 to gamble and just play poorly and disrupt the flow of a table.
very very good people at the casino, making the difference, good machines, tables and excellent service around!!
While it's small, we never had a problem playing/making a donation to the Ritz. The tables were $25 minimum but it kept the gambling to those who know how to play.
I would much rather enjoy the rest of the hotel and the area around the hotel. The casino was small and I'm not sure if poker machines are not allowed but that's what i felt was missing
It did not have a vegas feel, it was small but still fun. Kept us busy for a couple hours. It was very casual.
The Ritz is beautiful, and the casino was clean, in great shape, and the people working there were nice and friendly. Never got so busy that we couldn't play the games we wanted, and we even won some. This became our favorite casino in the area, and we wish we'd have gone at the beginning of our trip so we could have returned more often.
This casino is connected directly to the Ritz Carlton in San Juan and it is probably one of the worst casinos I have ever been in. It has the worst slots that don't pay at all. There are very few gaming tables and the service was non existent. The bar was closed and couldn't even get a drink. Visiting this casino is a complete waste of time and money. I would not go back.
Had fun playing blackjack, bar closed early on weeknights. Service was a liitle slow on drinks when sitting at table.
nothing to fancy Gable at El San Juan Casino better player deals. Ritz is away from the main strip and pretty noisy since its next to the airport.
I'm not a big gambler. Smaller casino but it seems adequate for most people who seemed to be having fun.
I liked the machines and the service recieved. Went at night and place is buzzing. I go there every month.
The best part was the $5 tables and the inexpensive slots. Not much action though. We are used to more people, music and sights in a casino.
Not enough $10 and $25 black jack tables. They only had one of each and a long wait - while three tables sat empty. Dealers were rude.
Casino was on the small side. My wife and her friends enjoy playing the poker slots which have become very popular. There were three machines attached to the bar in a far corner which she didn't prefer to sit at. I played a version of Texas Hold-Em for the first time. I feel the dealers should have spoken better English as most were difficult to understand. I'm used to friendly dealer supervisors from the States. They could use a tune-up course in hospitality.
