bellefield great house & gardens

We were at the Bellefiled great house for a wedding and the place is amazing. We had a tour of the property by the people who work there all the time. It was really interesting. The gardens and the view on Montego Bay are top!

Only cost $2 for entry, need to call ahead, nice food, good drinks, open air, swimming pool; a way of life that only the old slave owners and todays rich can have.

We were at the Bellefield Great House for a wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony. The food served was gorgeous. The staff were super helpful. As part of the wedding we were given a tour of the house which was excellent. One of the managers, I cant remember her name, was absolutely rude and unhelpful. However, even her terrible disposition could not change what was a wonderful night.

We had a private tour of this beautiful home and were greatly impressed with whole experience. The manager of the property gave us the tour and she provided a great deal of very interesting history about the property. Home and grounds were very well kept.

I helped my daughter plan her wedding ceremony & after a lot of consideration she chose The Bellefield rather to a Ceremony at the Resort we were staying at. Andrea Gordon, was extremely helpful recommending a florist , officiant and transportation company. ( Even finding us a guitar !)She was always very patient with our many questions and seemed to never tire of our phone calls. She was very quick to respond to our emails as well. Planning a wedding from Canada was not a easy task but of all the things We needed to book, this was the one I felt the most comfortable with. The staff was very punctual & professional. The cocktail hour was served to perfection & the food was delicious . This is a beautiful location. Our guests enjoyed a tour prior to the ceremony which explained the workings of the sugar cane plantation . We could not have been more happy on how the day worked out. If you are planning a wedding in Montego Bay & want a beautiful private ceremony this is the place to have it. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Andrea & Staff!

Nice place we went with the Sandals on our reunion week excursion. The food was excellent and the tour is very educational.
