Took a bus tour that was soo awesome, the guide was funny. We didnt get to stay long but this was well worth it. Such a great place to visit. Nice to get out of the sun and get into a "cool" place. experience was once and a lifetime.

Very much worth the visit. They are spectacular and the guides are informative and fun. Each one takes about 20 minutes, so you won't get bored. Highly recommended if you've never been to caves before. Beautiful.

We went to Crystal Cave and spent half an hour there. We have been to other caves before and this one had nothing exceptional about it. It's a place to spend a rainy day.

just visited Crystal cave on a rainy day. Mike was good guide. Really good story about how caves discovered.Good coffee shop - try the carrot cake- yummy.Worth a visit.

We were fortunate to tour the caves in the off-season - only a few people on the tour at a time, which made it easy to hear the guides and to ask questions. We found it fascinating and worthwhile. (I'm not sure I'd like it as much if there were 50 people in there, in peak tourist season) The guides were knowledgeable and friendly! There are alot of stairs but easy enough to do. Just do the tour at the beginning of the day ;) There is a restaurant there, but we brought a picnic lunch - beautiful grounds to explore.

This place is amazing. Natural crystals with stalactites and ground water. It has a lot of stairs, so you must be fit to walk those up and down. Don't miss it!

Small and quick tour for the money...but beautiful cave...tour guide amazing and made it fun..................

I have never been in a cave before this so this was really amazing to me! It was beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I you sneak a touch at the water you will feel how cold it is! Also, the humidity is crazy. Such a cool experience!

It is worth the extra money but the fantasy cave has steep stairs to get down and may be a problem for some

Well guided. Ensure you do a private showing in a party of 6 or less and not part of a tour group. You will enjoy it a lot more...by all accounts.Spectacular sights not to be missed and worth the admission price.Restaurant on site and across the street the Swizzle Inn an authentic English style pub!

To think that each Inch of stalagmite and stalacite in these caves took approximately 100 years to "grow" is insane. If you have been to any variation of crystal caves around the world, i still recommend coming to these two. There is the fantasty cave (based on colours) and the regular one. Nice little restaurant just outside the ticket area. Once tickets are purchased you wait around for the guide at a set departure time. Once started the guides are very personable, friendly and very obviously have fun doing their job as they crack jokes and share information about the discovery of these locations.I saw someone say to bring a sweater in a review. I would not recommend in fall or summer as the caves were over 100% humidity and we came up soaked in sweat. The staircases leading about 50-70 feet below the surface werent problematic but the humidifty in them was insane. If bringing cameras, turn off the flash and bring a tri-pod. Great shots require lots of light and slow exposure, the final photos look amazing with oranges, reds, purples and than the blues and green of the water. The caves themselves arent very big and dont take long to go through but again entirely worth the admission.

Enthusiastic guides talk to with humor and knowledge. Take pictures under the earth with cool cave rocks, stone carved stairs in a natural setting. Then after you work up an appetite go eat at swizzle with the islands cutest men and hope to see a real pirate or pirates wench!

Only wish I could remember the young tour guides name. He really made the tour enjoyable. My husband and I had seen caves before so we questioned why going but it was so much fun with this guide. Also did walk out onto the water to get more in depth. I am glad we went.

There are two caves on Bermuda. Both of them have been opened up so they are safe for the tourists to visit (with handrails and non-slip flooring). You should bring a sweater because they are about 50F.The first one is a little older. It has a floating dock and a reflecting pool. When they turn out the lights, you can see how dark a cave really is. You can see how prior tourists have broken off bits of the stalactites. When it take a couple hundred years to grow an inch, braking off an inch as a souvenir will cause some damage that won't be fixed by mother nature in my lifetime. The second care is newer and there is much less damage. There is no floating bridge, but the stalagmites and stalagmites are in much better shape. You will need about two hours if you do both caves (which is what I recommend).

we toured the Crystal Cave (the one most recommended by locals). Pretty nice cavern with a tidal pool. Very friendly and informative guide.
