la cabana beach resort and casino

The resort is clean and well appointed. The employees are very helpful. There are two restaurants on the property and a terrific pool bar with happy hour specials.

If your young this is not the place for you. The resort is very nice , the food is good ,the staff are nice. The shareholders who most of them are old and retired control the resort. The bar tenders were told not to play the music too loud . Happy hour is only with house liquids. If you want an umbrella around the pool , or on the beach , forget about it. The old farts get up at 5 am , yes 5 am and bring down their towels from their rooms. They suppose to turn them in at the end of the day , but don't. The Casino is sad also . The whole week were there , i did not here of any big winners. The big thing is bingo around the pool for an hour. Most of the people go to bed at 9 pm , so they can get up early the next day to steal the shady areas . If you want a real vacation to remember this is not the place , go to an inclusive resort. The resort looked great this year. The north and south parking lots were much needed, look great and completes the look of the resort. This was our 20+ year/trip and it was the best. Two annoying problems were lack of beach towels every day and poor internet (a new provider is supposed to solve the problem soon). The lack of reliable internet made it difficult to be in contact back home, especially frustrating with all the bad weather at home and not having contact. Much worrying on both ends. Service at the resort was very attentive and pleasant.

We bought 13 years ago when there was not much here on the island. We come back year after year and they alway do a great job. Great staff and wonderful people that welcome you like you are part of their family.

We purchased a timeshare at La Cabana 3 years ago and loved it so much that we bought another week last year. Now we are buying another week in the same unit so we don't have to move after our first week. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

we went as a large group and it was the best triple ever been on, the staff is awesome and the rooms are to die for... we can't wait to go back next year

We wanted to stay at Eagle Beach to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We chose La Cabana and I am glad we did. The resort is clean and well maintained. It has only four floors with easy access to the elevators. The staff are attentive and pleasant. We ate at Island Grill for lunch and Las Ramblas for dinner and found both restaurants very good. The bus service is convenient and the grocery store is huge and is in walking distance of the resort. Before we went on vacation I had some questions so I emailed the resort. Their reply was informative and fast. The only issues we had are what other reviewers have said. The walls between rooms are not sound proof and the free Wi-Fi isn't reliable. Thanks to the La Cabana for a great week in Aruba!!!

Just the whole thing was good. Have been going to this resort for 17 years. Resort has its own casino. Resort is just a short bus ride away from uptown amenities

Private beach,pools,outside bar,casino,this place has it all!!! Shops,stores, outdoor grills,Cinnabon coffee shop,Island Grill are all great attractions!!! Access to computers,adjacent grocery store add to your pleasure. A fitness center is also available.The staff at the hotel are very courteous and professional!!! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay on the island!!!

Stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and spacious although organized a bit strange with the main door leading into the bedroom. It's a bit difficult if you are sharing a room with another couple who have to sleep in the living room. Did NOT like not being able to get a palapa on the beach the entire week we were there. They have to come up with a better system or add more. People are rude about saving pool side tables and not coming down most of the day.

Spent our first week here and we plan on going back. Excelllent service, the 2 on site restaurants were very good food. The tiki huts on the beach we loved as we could get out of the sun when needed. Highly recommend!!

This is a very nice location. It is quiet and the beach area is very nice. There is plenty of security. They do have very nice beach huts. The staff works very hard to keep the grounds very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is located near plenty of nice restaurants. This is a great place for a quiet laid back vacation.

Best Island, best beach and great resort! All kinds of new improvements. Fun pool. Lots of chairs/tables. 86 Tikis on the beach. Rooms all have kitchens-to save you money on meals. Tiki Tiki Bar is really popular with entertainment most days and two for one drinks during happy hour.
