Went there for an Irish dance competition. Overall, a very nice facility. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Concession area also very clean. I believe there is a walkway from the Holiday Inn hotel. That is very convenient for Canada's extremely cold winters. We will definitely return next year!

We were in this facility for an Irish Dance competition February 21 2015. Very clean and new - great spot to host any event. Well lit and heated!!

The John D Bradley Convention Centre in Chatham is a new venue. It has it's Grand Opening on May 27, 2012 but in 2 years it became fast a landmark of the region.Let me start first with the people that are hosting you there: friendly, family feeling and helpful. For me, at least, most of the employees at the Convention Centre are feeling like family.The venue has a good layout and I've been to events that took place only in one conference room to giant events like the "Festival of Giving" with almost 2,000 attendants.I love the organic way the Centre is run. Try to book our wedding there with 8 month advance, but were told they had a party of 150 that day and ours for 60 may get mixed up. Convention center my ??. Went to Retro Suites and wow I'm so glad, it was perfect.

This place is beautiful! I have been here a few times for various events, and it is a brilliant space. It's blunt downfall is it's inability to produce good food! Every time we have been there it has been sub par and I have no idea why. If it was just me that felt that way I'd consider it my tastebuds, but it has been every table I have sat at. Almost every person has been disappointed, but were alway hoping for a turnaround the next time. I have even had friends and family leave to eat elsewhere.As an event space awesome, but be weary of the catering!

this was not what it has been in years past - very few exhibitors and virtually no fishing stuff under 35K - the boats and trailers were nice and they almost had hunting stuff - I was very disappointed

Excellent and friendly customer service. Food was amazing. Our company held an all day training meeting and from the breakfast buffet to the chef inspired dinner it reminded me of a 5 star hotel in Toronto. I would recommend to any collegue.

I have rented meeting rooms here numerous times, and the staff are always very accommodating. They always provide me more than what is normally expected. Very convenient location as well!

Attended a conference, very nice place, nicely decorated, have been there now twice for lunch and had their buffet. Great food. People who work there very friendly. Parking great easy to get around. Clean bathrooms.

Large enough to host a trade show/craft fair and good-sized convention (I'd say to 1000 people). Lots of parking. If anything, the washrooms could be identified better.
