Thank you for visiting the Adventure Park regularly and posting your review.I was pleased to hear you didn't have much of a wait for the Zip Line. As you mentioned you were able to do the ride twice, I was wondering what your thoughts were on your ride.In terms of process I appreciate your comments, the Zip Flyer is regulated by the TSSA . Our staff do rotate between roles so they are not tied to one job for the entire day. Having to bring equipment back and forth is part of the operation and is actually the fastest way to keep people moving.Thank you for advising us of the staff comments, I have followed up with our Director of Recreation and this was dealt with immediately.We look forward to welcoming you back.Many thanks,Lisa

We just visited Horseshoe's Adventure park and am very alarmed about the staff. The Euro Bungy staff were more concerned in speaking with each other than the children who were evidently excited to be trying out the Euro Bungy. In a customer service aspect, I felt the staff at Euro Bungy should have acknowledged the kids in line by simply saying "Hello", but no that was not even done. When the children approached the trampoline, it was just as if they were expected to know what the staff wanted them to do (harness them up), which is hard for kids to understand when someone is mumbling. The boy staff(s) at the top of the OGO balls were enaging in conversation and were very polite and respectful to speak with. Overall, I found it very rude of the staff in the way they "portrayed" their job and represented Horseshoe as a whole! The whole Adventure park is scary, considering you pay for a "package" but it excludes the OGO and zip flyer. 7$ for an OGO ride is completely disgusting.
