OK I like Gin ( my middle name is Tanqueray ) and the addition of flavour makes for an interesting drink! Good to learn how it's distilled too. And as for the service and attention - fine for me - the slightly restrained professional approach - letting you think for yourself - spot on. Made it all the more interesting

We attended a concert there last fall and toured the facility. Love the showroom, outstanding design, love the kitchen, purchased a lot of Christmas gifts. :) the Gin Is awesome, Vodka and Rye. Bottles are really cool, retro in design. Great packaging.

Wonderful tastings and pairings. Gins are fast moving so you may have to put in an order. We waited two weeks for our gin - well worth it!

This is a cute distillery. Very friendly and informative staff. Samples are free and they offer some whiskies, gin and vodka. They have some very tasty bitters!

My husband and I visited Dillon's with 2 other couples on the August long weekend, just before closing time. The staff was courteous and accommodating, offering us several free tastings of their product and letting us linger over their aromatic bitters. We didn't feel rushed at all even though we were the last customers of the day, and enjoyed poking around their gorgeous, rustic chic store. Ultimately we settled on gin, rose gin (my fave!), and pear eau de vie and between the six of us we bought nearly all of their interesting bitters - a fantastic cocktail enhancement! Most tastings are free, some cost - but those fees seemed to be waived when we purchased.

We drive by Dillon's all the time and never stop in. A few weeks ago we emailed them and asked for a tour of the facility. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it was so much fun! The tour was so informative, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the product they make is incredible. We learned about the process of making the spirits and bitters and had a few samples as well. The space is beautifully decorated. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Dillon's.

It is a unique tasting experience! The spirits all have a unique, but delicious taste as they are not made the same way that LCBO products are. The bitters are fantastic as well. Well worth taking the time to check it out and sample some spirits. The Dillon's gin and vodka are now our go to bottles when we have company. Especially good in martini's and lightly mixed drinks. The shop is on the small side, so it is a more intimate environment. When we walked in, we were not greeted. After a period of time, we walked up to the counter to talk to someone. It took a while for someone to finally come over. I would highly recommend that they train their staff to interact with customers the minute they step into the shop, like they do in the wine industry. When someone finally did come over, they were great! We did not feel rushed and we were able to sample everything we wanted. We will definitely be back soon to restock!

Delicious Gin, White Rye, and grape Vodka. We had heard about Dillon's from a family member and had to try. Wish they had their Rose Gin in stock when we visited. When you walk in you enter a modern space with wood accented tasting room with various displays that draw the eye. The only downside was the staff. We were not greeted when we walked in although there was just one other couple paying. We stood around for a short time watching staff walk back and fourth without acknowledging us. It was a very awkward environment with us having to approach staff and ask about the history of the distillery, products, and to taste what they have. We only purchased because the product is delicious. Customer service on this occasion was surprisingly poor.

Smooth, subtle flavours across all 3 of their main products (gin, rye and vodka). Currently un-aged, there is a real future for this outfit in Canadian distilling. I'd like to meet the reviewer who claims this is the worst gin they've ever had, because this gin is delicious, smooth, flavourful and not at all like the harsh liquor store varieties. I've used their gin to make dry martinis and their vodka to make gimlets. Both have received rave reviews from friends and work colleagues. So, if you like your liquor mixed with sugary drinks until you can't taste it, then by all means, stay away from this quality product. Save the stock for a more discerning palate.

If you are looking for something besides wine to take home from Ontario's wine country, look no further than Dillon's. Here are a few important things to note...1. Ontario does not have a long, proud distillery tradition. There is not a Bourbon Trail here, nor an old Jack Daniels-type distillery with a hundred year history. All liquor and alcohol sales have been tightly controlled by the government for years. Dillon's is relatively new.2. Dillon's offers a rye, made from 100% Canadian rye, a gin and a vodka uniquely made from grapes, and a host of locally sourced bitters. The gin, which is quite smooth and floral, is the star attraction.3. They are only open F, S, Su during the winter. Check their hours before you visit.4. Service here is Great. Enjoy a tasting or a conversation about their history.5. 750 ml bottles of gin and vodka are 39.99 each. A 375 ml bottle of both is also available at 19.99. The distillery sells them in a nice cloth bag that makes a ready-made gift.6. Dillon's is located a stone's throw from some great wineries. Ask the staff for recommendations.

I love that the gin, vodka & rye is locally distilled! I think this may be a unique business, in an area with tons of wine & beer options. I heard about Dillon's from friends, so being an avid gin lover, I had to check it out!We were not disappointed; the gin is very sharp & citrusy. I look forward to some G & T's on the patio next summer - as well as trying some new recipes from Dillon's website.

Staff was great, product was delicious. Vodka and rye were great. The gin is one of the best I've ever had.

I was thrilled by my experience here! this is brand new so it wasnt busy at all when we went but turned out that was just fine by us! the young girl who served us was very patient with all our questions & was very knowledgeable. she was also very good at making a Gin & tonic for us to try the difference.. i have a new found love for Gin. Dillon's Gin :) I find there prices to be right on with quality & packaging is very simplistic and chic! will def be back to introduce my bf to this place. im sure he will love it just as much! they are always coming up with something new so i cant wait to see what i can try next!
