I,m often looking for Canadian made "stuff" for presents. I despair...it's mostly made in China,everything from moose to mounties ,all made in China. Kevin Gray's is a local artisan,you can see the glass being blown on the premesis,from a viewing gallery. Prices are reasonable (but not cheap),staff are helpful &will gift wrap goods. Lots of pretty ornaments,glasses,bowls & oil lamps.Well worth a visit for Canadian made gifts. Merrickville is choc-a-bloc with Gifte Shoppes (ugh!),mostly selling mass-produced Chinese products (there are a few exceptions).Kevin Gray is situated further up St Lawrence St. slightly away from the other shops. In my opinion,worth a visit for something other than souveneir tat.
