watson's glen golf course

Played this course Friday morning ..$75 seniors rate with 1/2 cart .Lotta wet fairways , cart path,s full of pot holes mud and water .Club house is like a double wide trailer …big parking lot ..not paved just loose gravel.Course was long with some nasty pin placements .Snack shack after 9 th hole was very poorly stocked ,no hot dogs , no burgers this at 12.05 , don,t know what people behind us got .No one seemed to care .Very poorly run establishment … don,t know how they attract any repeat business …I won,t return .

There are many other courses in the same area I would recommend over Watson's glen.There are some great holes on this course, but just as many poorly designed ones. There is no clubhouse or kitchen facilities just a trailer. On our last visit (and I do mean last) there was no food and beverage cart on the course, or anyone manning the BBQ at the ninth hole. When we complained at the trailer, a very rude woman who must be the manager came out of her office and apologetically told us her girls had worked ten days straight and she did not bring them in on a slow weekday. Pardon us for expecting food, drinks, and the same service other golfers received the previous ten days. Go elsewhere for better golf, service, and attitude.

Nestled in northern Pickering, this course has a lay-out for everyone. From Blacks or Reds each player can be challenged by this course. Well placed hazards challenge each player to "think" their shots and play smart. The finale hole, offers a daunting pond before the green that screams "TIN CUP". Be prepared. The course does not have a real clubhouse but offers up everything you would want regardless.
