A small place, but very intimate. The workers were very kind and provided a great deal of information. I was there for a school project and their insight was very helpful.

Absolutely loved it! Great variety of animals, opportunity to touch different animals. A tortoise feeding station, my favourite part! They have a half price special a certain time, but im not sure when.

I was expecting the exhibit to be a lot bigger, but then again it was in a small plaza. The staff there were helpful and knowledgeable about the repitila my son was asking about. I myself am not really a fan of reptiles in general, but my son thought it was the greatest thing. We went during feeding time and boy was that something else. Its great for educational purposes, but you could probably walk through the place in an hour or less.

This was a great experience for myself and my family. The kids love this. Think I was as thrilled as the kids were. Every year they seem to have some new type of attraction.

We visited Reptilia in February, 2015 with our 5 yr old son. He liked a lot. He was very impressed with the animals. They even let him touch some of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just think the place is small and the prices a little bit high.

The staff are very patient and understanding. I'm sure being in a room of 15 5-6 yr old children and ten reptiles is a challenge. Everything was great and very well organized. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The prices were reasonable for general admission. I didn't do any private tours and felt like it was still well worth it! I took a 6 year boy and he did not get bored at all! They had different show times and you were able to pet the reptiles as they shared interesting facts about it. There were feeding times, however it was very hard to see as that is when there are big crowds. The staff were great and engaging throughout the tour. I was very happy. The place was small but still able to spend a good three hours touring and doing it a over again. I would recommend of snakes and other reptiles don't freak you out.

Too small, too crowded, expensive. Bad customer service. I really was expecting something better, I did the long trip with my son, entered the crowded place and after 30 min we were already outside... the place is small.

Reptilia is a really unique place and the staff are great (thanks Lee and Andre). The animals are amazing and it is very clean and my kids loved it !!! Theatre shows, lots of opportunities to touch animals and get close. Loved the (apparently new) Kids Zone and the dig for treasures sandbox - every kids gets a free reptilie toy here. Very "Sic" (as my kids say) .... only problem be prepared for your kids to want to have their birthday party there - a party was taking place during our visit and it looked pretty cool and the prices are reasonable according to the price chart.

It's a great place, very educative and fun.. My only recommendation would be for the place to try and build something like a small playground or something more entertaining and fun, specially since the basic great thing is there: YOU ARE ALREADY AN INDOOR FACILITY. If there was a reason for the kids to want to come back we would. But after a couple of times, I mean.. seriously.. we need a reason.. and there is just so many times you are going to want to watch a lizard. The facility is definitely well taken care of, clean and fun.. a must go if you haven't been to..

I suppose it was somewhat worth it for the discount tickets we got but otherwise would not have been. We were in and out in an hour. Not very big. More of the same around every corner. My kids got bored fast.

This is a bit strange but excellent experience at Reptilia. One of the main impressions I had after touring the facility is that it was put together with great care. It is not only the exhibition aspect, but the care for the reptiles on display that is very evident. While many people have pretty negative reactions to reptiles, this is a place well worth visiting whether you are young or old. It will help you get over some of those fears.

All in all this was a surprisingly well implemented zoo. For everyone wanting to learn more about the slithering species of the world this is the place to go. The exhibits were stunning and they have live feedings every day. Stopped in here today with my wife on the way home. We were looking for something cool to photograph and we found it here. Lots of cool reptiles from turtles to snakes to lizards and gators. They have shows in the theatre and feeding times for different reptiles posted. Between the two of us we took almost 300 pictures and we have some great shots. It is aimed at kids but being in my early 50s, it made me and my wife feel young. Birthday rooms are available and cool bathrooms await you. A rather large gift shop is also there. We shall be back with grand kids in tow when we get some.
