Great fairways, not too tight and perfect for the average golfer. Lovely greens and a thoroughly enjoyable landscape that creates 4 hrs of fine golfing. People serving are pleasant and snacks are available.
This is a great course for the price, but don't expect a championship course. As mentioned it is a great course to get out and hit the ball around. It will be tough for you go get out on the weekends, make sure to call ahead and avoid getting stuck behind tournaments.
Simoro is a decent golf course. It's a bit on the short side, although we did play from blue and not black. The front and the back nines are quite a bit different. I played with two fairly new golfers and they did pretty well on the front but were pretty much destroyed by the short tight back nine. Some of the greens on the back are pretty nasty as well so 3-4 putts were pretty common. The back was also pretty swampy, so there was lots of water everywhere including the traps and fairways.Having said that, the staff seemed very nice and the greens were in good shape.Just an OK rating from me on this one though.
This is a course the average player would enjoy for a fun round. The front nine is relatively open with few hazards. The back nine requires you to be straight off the tee. Put the driver away! Greens were small and fast. Play one less club than you think you need. Also play short as there is lots of room to run up. Trouble is also at the back of most greens.Short course but fun. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.
