jungle hut

We have taken our 5 year old and 6 year old here for 3 years now and are never disappointed! It is very safe and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Staff are maintaining a clean environment every time we go. I highly recommend this place. Our son has special needs and with his weaker immune system can get ill quite easily. He has never become sick after a play visit here because it is kept VERY CLEAN and is a **SAFE** place for the kids to run around! It has enough age appropriate obstacles/things for very little kids and still challenges slightly bigger ones. It is nice not having to worry about your children falling through spaces between equipment or having older kids trampling little ones.

I love this place it is so cosy and clean , it is a place where I can sit and relax while watching my 3 kids playing . It is a fun place for all of us . I strongly recommended .

I love taking my toddler here, it's a great way for her to burn off energy when it's too cold to go outside. It's fun, safe and she can use the playground independently. I've always found it to be clean and well maintained. After my second was born, we were there when she was less than a week old! My toddler still needed to get out and play so off we went. The staff is very helpful and friendly and doesn't mind sweeping up after our snack time! They have comfy leather couches and it's fun to connect with other mummies while the little ones are having fun. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I take my 16 month old daughter here and we love it! It is very safe and clean. It's big enough where I get to join in on the fun and play in the whole jungle gym with her! They also have other toys available for the younger ones to play with as well (6+ months). It is a great environment with friendly staff. The staff are always cleaning and very helpful if you need a hand with anything. I highly recommend this place for a fun day out of the house.

I bring my kids here to play often and they always have fun. It's not a huge place where you have to follow your child around. You as a parent can sit down and relax while they play or go and play with them. The people that work there are friendly and really nice. Whenever I am there I see them cleaning all the time. That makes me happy as I've been to other ones that don't seem that clean at all. Over all experience is excellent. I recommend to all my friends and family that have children to go to junglehut.

we took a group of 11 there between two home daycares while the kids had fun there is not any real " eating space " and the rules of what you can bring in seem different from everyone , seen one group bring in pizza for lunch another family inquired as to if they could bring pizza for lunch and were told no.The only food for purchase are things like chips . There really is no options to go eat and come back as there is nothing around it but TIM Hortons . Also wonder how often the equipment itself gets cleaned I seen all around it bring cleaned but not the equipment .reason I say this as I used to go when it was at its larger facility and we always ended up sick within a day or two of being there so we stopped going. Hearing it was new owners we decided to try again and yup we are all sick with bad colds. Could be a coincidence but gives me pause for concern

It is small, quaint and bright. Good seating for parents to watch their kids. You can see your child no matter where they are. Not my favourite jungle gym but good. One thing That changed that I give a thumbs down to is that parents can no longer access the separate room they had to give your kids snacks. there also used to be a party room. I am sure this is because of the cost of renting this space. They put some tables and chairs near the entrance of store and tried to create a barrier but it is not cozy or well done. I would not have a kids party there and prices for parties on the high side compared to other like places.Owner, I thought was friendly and has a good amount of patience with kids running about and having temper tantrum leaving the place(like my youngest did once). He tried to help out a bit.

My wife and I have attempted to go there three times in the last month and they keep closing an hour early or more. There website states they are open till 3:30pm Today (dec 2nd 2014) was the final straw as I was there at 2:30 and I was told they were closing early again. I said this is the 3rd time now that they have done this in less than a month. Her response was "my manager says to close if it is slow" How do they expect to succeed when they are never open during their posted hours?? It is a great setup for any moms/dads that have young children. However, when kids take an afternoon nap it is difficult to get them there much earlier than 2:30 and not be made to feel like they want to leave. Jungle hut! Change your hours to reflect when you actually close!

Took my 3 year old here and he loved it! Awesome ball pit and as its smaller not so many big kids! Would definitely recommend. Clean and owner is friendly!

Great atmosphere, friendly, accomodating staff. Kids have so much fun. Have used Jungle Hut a few times for private parties. Highly recommend. : )

we had to spent the morning in hamilton and we didn't know the city so i just googled an indoor place and ended up here. we loved it. medium size. parking available. good for ages 2-6. not huge but big enough for the customers who came today on a cold su day morning

We had such an amazing time. Our kid really had a blast. The staff is very friendly and the facility is amazing.Such a warm atmosphere and a nice outing for kids.
