Had an amazing time, the people were accommodating, friendly, and treated you like family! I felt safe and properly instructed and would highly recommend this!

Had to reschedule a few times due to bad weather but the first tandem paragliding experience was great. Running off the mountain to launch off and then sit back and enjoy the view. Several different landing spots, remember to bring a warm jacket if it isn't sunny, long sleeves is essential if you don't want to be bitten alive by mosquitoes. Was great flying with Dennis. If you're more experienced there are probably better places elsewhere but nice place for first time paraglider

We tried to call to arrange a time and nobody picked up. They finally answered an email and gave us a time that barely worked for us and no other options. On the day it was supposed to happen the weather was bad and we had to cancel. Tried to see how we could rearrange our prepaid trip and he seemed accommodating on the phone and basically said come back any time and the we tried to get that in writing via email and he backtracked and said it had to be used by a certain date. There was also a pretty hostile tone used in the email which I did not appreciate as this was a seemingly pretty simple matter. I would NOT recommend using these guys.

These guys really are amateurs when it comes to paragliding, both in operations and customer service. I have been paragliding for over 10 years all over North America, and this was perhaps my worst experience to date. First off, the customer service is poor - no body picks up the phone, they were not accommodating with dates, and the staff seem to have very big attitudes. Second, they kept pushing back the flight time over and over again because the weather was unco-operative. Once in the air, all I can say is that the terrain was disappointing. This place was also overpriced compared to other North American outfits. I would pass on this outfit, even if they cut the prices. A fellow paraglider actually told me that they were using a Groupon coupon to attract business - never a good sign when the company needs to use a coupon.
