quadra island golf club

During our recent getaway to Quadra Island, we decided to take in a round of golf. The course has just celebrated their second anniversary and I think that they are definitely on the right track to offering a decent golf course. The front desk was friendly and helpful since we hadn't played the course before. We tend to walk most golf courses and found the course to be a wee bit of a challenge as some of the longer holes are uphill climbs, so many might choose a cart for the first time. The course was in excellent condition. There is nothing tricky to playing the course as most holes are pretty well straight away, and bunker locations are not problematic. The greens were in good conditions and played fairly. This is the first phase of just the front nine with plans to develop the back nine at a later date. Being a young development, the facilities are basic at this time; no club house, limited food options. We enjoyed the course and would plan to play it again.
