squamish farmers' market

What a delightful morning market, well worth the drive from Vancouver. Excellent local produce and crafts.

We stumbled by the Squamish farmers market by accident while passing through. The market was amazing with so many unique spots selling everything from handmade natural soaps to locally crafted sausage.We had some amazing bread from a lady named Christy, and some shaved Ice for the kids.We stopped at a young ladies booth and had the most amazing cabbage rolls from Transylvania while listening to some local musicians.We topped off our trip with some frsh fruits and veggies and some smokies to take to the campsite for the bbq. ( they were amazing on the fresh bread!)We will definitely stop there again.

Wow, the Squamish Farmers Market is fantastic. Its on every weekend from May - October and then there is a winter market as well that moves indoors to the Westcoast Railway Heritage Park. The summer market has several vendors offering everything from baking, to veggies to jewelry and more.The market is great for the whole family and located right in the downtown core beside an awesome park so the kids can play while you enjoy the fresh fruit and coffee you just purchased at the market.
