They helped you to find a room. They were so nice and so helpful. The IC has a small shop but with very interesting stuffs to buy

We stopped by the Info Center to hopefully get some info before heading into the Park. The attendant appeared to be either very tired, or very bored with his job. In fact he seemed a wee bit annoyed when I asked him a couple questions. He didn't offer any suggestions on what to see or where to go while there, other than give us a local map, which is the only reason I would bother stopping there again.

Big source of information about the park, the region and even further. Friendly lady behind the desk who helped us really good and adequate.

Gave us good directions and outlined local attactions that we could see in Wells Gray park. Another good Tourist Information Centre.

Hello Keith,We are so sorry to have missed you! We just checked and the notice with our opening hours (which right now are 9am to 6:00pm) is still up. It is on the left hand side of the door in the window. There are so many things posted there that it is probably too hard to see. We are remaking the sign and highlighting the hours in yellow. Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it and hopefully it will prevent someone else from missing us.

Great place to pick up information for the Wells Gray national park. Ask for a map its very informative

The two staff members who helped us were very knowledgeable on both the park and the area surrounding Clearwater . They answered all our questions and suggested a few things they thought we may be interested in . If you aren't sure about what to do in Wells Grey definitely stop here for info so you won't miss anything .

The staff here are top notch at helping you find what you are looking for and even things you didn't know you were looking for. They are proud of their area and eager to show it off to you. Well stocked gifts and souvenirs as well as local art downstairs. Be sure to say hi to Jerry the moose !

If you are passing through Clearwater, make sure you stop here to get the lowdown on what is in the area. Wells Gray Provincial park is a real gem and these folks can tell you all about it.

We just stopped in to pick up a few flyers, but ended up spending half an hour perusing all the stuff they have here. Knowledgeable staff. The lady we talked to was very helpful answering our questions regarding white water rafting and even made a phone call to the proprietor to find out if they could take care of our dog while we were rafting - which they could!

Very good tourist information centre with a nice gift shop as well. The staff were really helpful and will help you find a place to stay and send you to all the local attractions.

A very well organised Info Centre with helpful staff and good maps/guides to Wells Grey Park. Also has an interesting display of local wildlife.

We stopped to take a break for lunch as we were driving from Jasper to Kamloops. What a lucky break! Today, we visited some of the best waterfalls in the world! It was a beautiful ride of 45 Km with amazing wildflowers and wildlife. Thank you the map and suggestions.
