penticton & wine country visitor centre

I enjoyed the trips to the wineries. each one are in proximity of each other. each winery had wonderful and knowledgeable staff and lots of different wines to try. nothing to say about any dislikes.

Beautiful place with big stain glass windows. They have the back half with maps and tourist information. The front half is a gift store with many very pretty items for sale. There is a great selection of wine. Bathrooms and an inside small seating area make this a relaxing place to stop and browse.

if you ever need to know ANYTHING about the Penticton area, this is the place to find it...these folks have the best Information Centre in the valley! The selection of Local wines and other beverages is unsurpassed. Love the shop, it is huge...filled with lots of special surprises and local talents!!..VERY IMPRESSIVE

We arrived in town for a month. Our first stop was the visitor information centre. The staff at the tourist information centre were great. They provided maps of the town, the KVR, and wineries. We used the ticket center twice to purchase tickets to local events.

Went in to see what's available in Penticton, what I found was what's available elsewhere. Seems not many businesses in the city advertise at the tourist centre. If you want local wine, which is the first thing you see, there's plenty, but unless you ask the staff, you'll never know what's in Penticton. Not the easiest place to get in. You have to go through the event centre parking lot

Wonderful selection and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and well organized and has great information for the new visitor looking to get information on the local wineries that are most awesome!

Great service, lots of wine selection, everything a wine person would need. Lots of wine supplies, gift ideas, and snacks too. Easy access for a car or the biggest of RVs. Great hours. Best prices in town. Pretty hard to find something to dislike - no beer?If you buy wine and like variety, this is the place for you. Note that they do not sell imported wine here, local stuff only!

This beautiful centre has well trained staff who not only give you tourist information, but also manage a wine shop that features many local wines; are the centre for ordering tickets to local events and have seasonal information of all of Southern Okanagan. Access is a bit confusing but parking is always available, even RVs.

They had a good variety of gifts and wine selections to encourage you to try locally . Staff was friendly and informative

Have been coming to Penticton for years and never knew that you could pick-up wine from the local wineries in one stop! Great selection of local wines and gifts. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. So happy to have been able to pop in and top up our favorite wines once the tasting rooms have shut down for the season.

I liked the wine tasting and it was a great wine store. Unique gift items too. Great selection of products, friendly staff.

I love the wine centre the staff are amazing, they know everything about the wines and are eager to help with your choices. Keep up the fab service and incredible wine selections

the location and parking are very convenient and the wine tastings available are very interesting and helpful for later shopping..

Friendly informative staff and lots of information on the area. You would miss a lot if you failed to visit.

An easy location to get in and out of. Helpful staff offering winery suggestions, maps, and restaurant locations. Clean washrooms, and a great place to visit!
