Vigilante - Catalyst Theatre production at Citadel was awesome. well directed, great acting, great singing and great music. all the actors could sing. the music audio was well done. Set design, costumes and the zombie theme were fantastic. edmonton was lucky to be able to put on this true Irish story of the Connelley's in Canada.

Attended Vigilante at the Citadel on Tuesday evening. It was an excellent production even thought the subject matter (the life and massacre of the Black Donnellys) was grim. Amazingly it was a musical! Technically excellent lighting, set design and costumes. Strong acting. One of the best performances I have seen.

There are 4 different theatre venues in the building. The Shoctor Theatre, Maclab Theatre, The Club, and Zeidler Hall which is also home to the improv group, Rapid Fire Theatre. You can never go wrong with the different shows they put up here every year at the main stages. Really quality shows and the actors are just absolutely talented. From straight plays to Venus In Fur to Mary Poppins to Next To Normal to A Christmas Carol - which is now a Edmonton holiday tradition.

The theatre is cozy and clean. The acting was awesome and the theatre staff was friendly. Even though we had seats off to the side of the stage they were still very good. A very enjoyable night out. A bit loud for the younger kids but overall they thought it was awesome!

Wow, the six plays I attend are varied from comical to drama and are all excellent. I highly recommend it to people. I have been a member for 30 + years

An excellent performance of this funny play. Great venue, good view of the stage from any seat. Nice eating places nearby and parking below the theatre. There is a lot of legroom and it's very comfortable.

We went to see a play and this was the perfect venue for it. There was a Q&A after the play and we could here the dialogue perfectly.

We parked underground near the Citadel and picked up our tickets at the box office. We then walked nearby for dinner at Bistro Praha, walked back and down to our car and dropped off our jackets then proceeded back to the Shoctor Theatre before sitting down for the 7:30 PM play Kim's Convenience. The central location, the $5.00 underground parking, our comfortable seats and ease of ordering and picking up tickets made for a wonderful evening out. The play was hilarious and was engaging for the non stop 90 minutes.

The Citadel is a beautiful theatre, the seats are extremely comfortable with plenty of leg space. The courtyard area is really nice with its plants. Parking is available at the library parkade which is below the theatre. All of the seats have a great sight line to the stage and acoustics are very good.

We came to see the city of Edmonton and found this theater beside the Canada Place building. I love this theater because one can see different art structures on every corner. They have shown different Broadway shows that were mostly shown also in Time Square,NY. I love the uniqueness that this theater offers to Broadway show lovers like me. I will definitely visit and watch a show if we come back to visit Edmonton.

This theatre is much smaller and intimate than many other live theatres. But it's a very nice venue! You will love it.

Always great entertainment in our fine city. So lucky to have some great artists in our city. The musicals and comedies are always great. Mary Poppins was FABULOUS!

We attend the seniors lunch and matinee. The lunch is predictable but good and well presented. The theatre productions vary greatly -some are good drama, some are very enter taining and others are heavy dramas which we seem expected to endure so they can practise their craft. The guest speakers at lunch who give us insight into the productions are always good and sometimes outstanding. Expensive entertainment but it gets one out.

The recent production of Mary Poppins was fantastic from the sets to the actors and actresses. We throughly enjoyed the production!
