st-zotique beach

If you are looking to cool off in a hot summer day, this beach is about 40 min. from Montreal. The beach is sandy and the water is shallow thus great for kids but not for swimmers. There are picnic tables and you can start a barbeque - great for families with kids. There is also a volleyball net kids' playground and pedalo and kayak rental. Bring your own chairs and umbrellas if you would like to set up on the beach. Last time I was there the water was quite dirty but still many went in to cool off.
