Now that is one park my friends. With the lake, the falls and the river passing right by you have to see this. The city does everything they can to always have some public attractions. Either it be a photo show, an exposition of some kind or just a wine tasting activity. Only walking in the park is a joy by itself. It is so calm and self regenerating that you have to make a special trip to come over and see that . . . it is so worth it ! Hope you enjoy as much as all the friends I have shown it to.

Locate in the old terrebonne. The site is wonderful. You will meet history with the moulin and the old hoyse.. If you like nature you can walk ,bike or picnic. They are few bar and restaurant with terrace near the park. Nice place to visit during summer and fall season.

The park in on a small island that used to be an industrial site. The history is well explained at the entrance on the bridge.The island is not big but nice and quiet. You can cross and go on the other side as well. It's a nice stroll and the old Terrebonne is very pleasant in its architecture and offers a few restaurant and bars.

Beautiful park. Through out the yr, there are always different attractions going on depending on season. Historical tours are offered in summer due the heritage building on the site. The park is surrounded by water, one side being a river while the other a very large pond. The pond becomes a skating rink in the winter, while the summer months provides the perfect place to feed the ducks and enjoy the view. Outdoor concerts are a favorite here and weekends often have different activities organized...such as craft fairs or local business kiosks....No matter the season, ILe des Moulins is somewhere we always bring our out of town guests...or find the time to take walks there ourselves.

This is a beautiful park with some old watermills, a dam, a fountain, a library and plenty of activities. We went there with my mother in law, my aunt and my nephew in a July afternoon. The weather was perfect to just lay on the grass and watch the ducks, squirrels and birds go around. That afternoon a band was playing next to the moulin. It wasn't too hot. My nephew (10 years old) enjoyed the walk on the dam with an icecream from the cafeteria. If you go online, see the schedule and try to catch one of the guided tours. By the way, the town right next to this park is so beautiful to walk around too. Don't miss it. It's a very good plan to enjoy a summer day with your family.

We went to Ile des Moulins having no idea what to expect. It it definitely a nice park across historic Terrebonne. The municipal library is located there. It is also possible to eat at one of the old mills. The park is situated on a river shore on one side and a big pond on the other. It is a nice Saunday afternoon walk, especially in the fall with all the trees in color.

Pour vous détendre ou vous dégourdir les jambes, c'est l'endroit idéal. Aussi pour relaxer et lire un bon livre.

Si vous désirez prendre 1 heure ou 2 pour relaxer et vous dégourdir un peu les jambes, c'est l'endroit idéal.

L'endroit idéal pour faire le vide et relaxe. L'été il y a plusieurs spectacles et activités et l'hiver on peut faire du patinage et de la marche.

Très beau site avec rivière et barrage. Idéale pour la promenade ou le pic nic et pour prendre de magnifiques photos. Endroit tranquille

Tres beau site historique, entourée de merveilleux petit resto. Excellente place pour prendre une marche.

Endroit idéal pour la promenade, les pic nic, l'hiver le patin a glace sur l'étang, les concerts de l'orchestre symphonique de Montréal, le festival des vins,etc.

Superbe endroit pour passer un bel après-midi à l'extérieur en été ou à l'automne !! Apportez votre pic-nic et un ballon! Le parc est très vaste, il y a donc de l'espace pour tout le monde! Pour marcher tranquillement le long de la rivière ou pour visiter le moulin!... Petit resto et salle de bain sur place.

Beau site historique, bien animé (le jour ou j'y suis allé), activité avec les enfants. parfait pour prendre une marche et une crème en famille ou avec l'être aimé. Merveilleux restaurent a Proximité
