we are experienced shooters and we found the whole experience very good. From the onetime pickup from central Queenstown to the range not far away. Blake was not only a good guide but also helped us with a few tips. Well worth a trip!

We had a great time. The guys are very helpful and it was an enjoyable afternoon shooting targets. The only slight downside is I don't recommend taking a large bus on the road out there as we did. The road is a bit scary but the fun made up for it.

It would be hard to speak highly enough of the morning my (19yr old) son & I had with Blake at Break One. The instruction was friendly, concise and effective with immediate results for everyone in the group - male or female, and regardless of previous shooting experience. Very safe and not "gung-ho", I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone. Wish we had time for a return trip - maybe then I would beat my son!

Short (scenic) drive out to range, coach was energetic and made things fun, shotgun was easy to handle and I had a great time. 10/10

My wife and I decided to go to the shooting range on a whim and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Mitchell was friendly, funny and an excellent teacher who knew how to give just the right advice to quickly improve everyone's shooting. Neither of us had any prior experience, but Mitchell quickly put us at ease and we were surprised by how much fun we had. Highly recommended.

I organised clay pigeon shooting as the activity for a friend's hen do. We wanted to do something active and fun but also something that didn't require us to bring a whole change of clothes for our day. We only needed trainers and the provided earmuffs and we were ready! It was fantastic fun! Blake was so friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient while the group ( a few of the girls had never handed a gun before) learnt the ropes. Blake made it really fun and we surprised ourselves how well we did. The competition added a fun element to the day and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Watch out for the rabbit one, it bounces :) I organised this booking from overseas, so I really appreciated how Blake and his team made it so easy to book, their flexibility when some of our flights were delayed and the complimentary pick up and drop off to Queenstown made it such an enjoyable and stress-free experience.I would highly recommend this activity to anyone coming to Queenstown.

My husband, teenage son and I had a great time. I had not held a gun before but the instructors were friendly and explained everything, and we all had success. One of the best and most memorable experiences on the trip, and the views were great too.

We recently went Clay pigeon shooting as part of a hens party. We had a little hiccup at the start when most of our group were delayed arriving into Queenstown due to fog but Break One were really helpful in getting us sorted for the next day. As a group of girls it was a bit nerve wracking, especially a most of us had never held a gun before. But Blake was awesome! He made us feel so at ease and looked after us from start to finish. We were picked up from the hotel, taken to a awesome location, given easy to follow instructions, and then Blake even dropped us off in Arrowtown afterwards.I never thought that I would do something like this and was surprised at how much fun it was and how much I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Just got back from 2 hours of awesome fun with my wife!First time she shot a gun and it was a great success.The care that was taken to show us through the process and make sure we hit some targets was awesome.Our host was a pleasure the whole time and highly recommend this activity to anyone coming to queenstown! Also, I believe it was blake who took the time to give us a run down of the local area and make sure we experienced the best of what Queenstown had to offer! can't speak highly enough of the hospitality shown by what is clearly an excellent family run business! all the best to you guys!
