在这里你可以光脚行走在白色沙子上,幸福的玩耍。很多时候这是大城市和喷泉观光吸引游客的小花招。在这里,你可以在阳光下玩耍,在风里呼吸。

This was our 1st beach on our drive round the bays watched the ferries coming and going from it and has nice parking with a ice cream shop over the road.

What a hidden gem ! Just when you think you know Wellington, you go that bit further, and find a promenade of not only a stunning beach and views but a mile of architecture to admire. Art Deco heaven ! The traffic around the far bend at Roseneath becomes a little hazardous, so I wouldn't suggest walking any further but a great place to watch the ferries coming in and out of the harbour.

When I was on study abroad in Wellington I would visit this beautiful beach almost every day. I would sit here alone and gather my thoughts, dip my feet in the sand and just enjoy the sea breeze. What a beautiful, relaxing place!

What a busy exciting place, people walking, running, roller blading, biking, dogs, kids, tourists. There were little container shops I had not seen before. Lots of people because of World Cup Cricket and the Homegrown concert. It feels safe.

Ohtel is right at the beginning of O bay but close to town, marina & markets. The boardwalk is a must-see onlybecause there is nothing like wellington on a good day, and its mint to look at at night as well

Stunning views over Oriental Bay, watching all the actives on the waterfront, from small sail boats to cruise ships. Swim on the golden sand, go to the markets. Walk, run along the waterfront. Great hotels and restaurants

An interesting walk around the bay, but not much in way of cafes to stop for rests. Further round the bay things were very quiet, and the separate villages or communities were well worth a visit - but for most people that would mean a drive.

This is the Wellington harbour area and as with most of the area full of every kind of food cafes bars and a fabulous view while you enjoy .you can walk for miles along the coast, we did it from Minerva great 50 min stroll.....super

Oriental Bay is a great place to spend time outdoors, You can walk, jog, people watch, enjoy the beach, swim or take the kids to the beach playground. There are lots of places to eat or drink, too. And this is all within walking distance of the City Center. Enjoy! Cheers!

Oriental Bay is well worth a look and by foot is better a casual stroll or a jog its has great scenery and views all around the Wellington foreshore
