To be frank I wasn't expecting a lot here and the look of the facade was almost cringeworthy. However inside the service was great and the range of wines far better and more extensive than I expected. I certainly haven't seen their range presented like this inn a bottle shop. Their premiums are really worthwhile. This was a pleasant surprise, just shut your eyes when you drive up.

Well presented cellar door, lovely and engaged staff and a great setting. Oh, and nice wines too!!This is a great area to visit.

What a special place this is, it is well worth making this the first vineyard you visit as it will give you a good benchmark as to what and how a visit to a vineyard should be like.The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly and very helpful without being pushy, Very interested in what was of interest to us.Could not have been more friendly or helpful, and this is how one would expect the Australian wine industry to be put on show to the world.

We walked to Taylors from Auburn and could see it on a hill above the vineyards in the distance. well worth the walk to appreciate the area. The tasting room is large and modern, staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Rieslings which was the purpose of the visit, consequently more confident in choosing these wines.

You always feel like a long lost friend as you enter the tasting room. Nothing is to much trouble, the helpful staff guide you through the tastings and add their own suggestions. The wine itself caters for all tastes and price ranges

Taylor's is not the typical small picturesque cellar door - it is a large facility and you can feel a little swamped. The staff were friendly and fairly knowledgeable although I founf they had to refer to their tasting notes when answering questions. The wine tasting list was huge making it difficult and important to select carefully from what you really wanted.

The tour around the factory was good where we saw the winery process. And when it comes to try the product, i was very happy to tasted Shiraz Promise Land 2010, best one! Cheap products when we buy here rather than outside.

There was a Great selection with friendly service. Delightful shiraz. Hardest part was getting my husband to leave.

This was the first of many wineries that we visited and it is also one of the best. Very impressive setting. Lovely hostess. Loved the wines, very good quality.

The ladies working the cellar door are very lovely and knowledgable without being wine snobs like a lot of other staff can be! Great selection of wine to taste and goodies to take home!Impressed!

We went to Taylors for some wine tasting while doing the Riesling trail in the beautiful Clare Valley; this was my favorite stop because not only was the wine delicious, but the service was friendly and helpful.

This is a massive operation but worth the visit. I really enjoyed it and the hostess was funny and knowledgeable. Taylors have some really good top shelf wines available to taste and on the day I visited a nice library wine. Well worth the visit but definitely not a boutique winery.

Not only great wines but the setting and view is worth the drive into this winery.Staff are full of knowledge and the Merlot is a nice drop.

Great wines, friendly hostess without being overbearing. Sometimes winery staff can be a little on the snobby side - definitely not the case here. PS we are enjoying all the wine we bought.
