Jurlique Farm tour was a trip to welcome my family from overseas, it was highly expected, the farm was a bit small than we expected, the weather was not very good on the day we went on travel. However, the tour guide was very nice (sorry - forgot her name), very detailed introduced all the plants/flowers how to make Jurlique profucts.
Hello. I come here last year and I enjoy a lot. I enjoy so much that I had to tell family in china when I finished in Australia so they can come too. When I come back and try to book in tour with family they not taking bookings. Its good time of year to go on tour again and last time they said they have them all year. We are very upset. This company has a lot of money but they upset many people by closing tour from us. We want to see big farm, buy product and show family best tour guide I met in Australia but they closed. We had tour of other farm near instead and we now buy there product instead. I tell all my family and friends not to travel
Thanks for your feedback Ruthy76, and glad you found the tour interesting and Jess looked after you well. Re there not being as much to see, being a working farm means that there are different things happening depending on the seasons. Being autumn, it's planting time, so not as much to look at as seeds are going in for the coming season. Late spring is the best time to see the garden when a lot of the seeds you saw going in are in flowers, so we would love to see you back in the future then if it suited! Kind Regards
Hi VickiD57Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback. Great to hear Jess looked after you so well, and you found the tour fascinating! We would love to see you back another time, perhaps in November which is peak flowering time! Kind RegardsRebecca
Hi Karen CVery sorry to hear about your experience with the Farm Tour. Jurlique Farm is a busy, working farm with a small staff of farm workers. Due to safety reasons (of not having staff around to look after guests outside of tour times) we are unable to take walk up visitors to the farm, which you unfortunately found out. We do make it clear on our Farm Tour website and brochure that Farm Tour bookings are essential. However we will reassess to see if we do need to make it more prominent. We would love to re-offer you a visit to the Farm next time you are back in Adelaide, so please do contact us on info@jurliquefarm.com if you would like to take up the offer next time you are in Adelaide.Kind RegardsRebecca
Hi ashycookMany thanks for your kind words. Great to hear you enjoyed the tour and have a new found appreciation for the products. We hope to see you back at the farm another time!Kind RegardsRebecca
