the farm shed museum

Very informative and lovely clean buildings. Definitely a must. The people in the information centre were so friendly and helpful too

like my cornish cousins, I am very perochial when it comes to my birth place, and the shed shows the rest of the world, just what stuff ozzies are made of, and how they went about it

Friendly volunteers man this very informative museum. Loved the old miners house with the period decor. My husband loved all the different farming equipment and reading the history associated with it. Nice area, big grounds with plenty of room for further exhibits. Look forward to visiting again

This museum is full of history from the 1860s through to modern day, including mining, farming, fashion, and general living struggles and achievements. Great to wander about and soak up the history of the area.
