My sister & myself took our sister in law to celebrate her 60th Birthday. What an experience it was. We were greeted and made very welcome from the time we arrived. The aqua pavilion was ours privately and very enjoyable. We were then taken for our treatments which we can only describe as amazing, leaving us feeling relaxed and stress free. All we could say was, we will be back & the sooner the better. The staff were very attentive without being in your face & made us feel very special. Beautiful location looking over the Terranora Lake surrounded by a tranquil garden. A very special day.

We recently stayed at the enRich Retreat and Spa.What an amazing view to wake up to, looking over the river and surrounded by trees. Its very private and quiet.I had the luxury of getting a massage. This has to be the best massage I have ever received (and I have been all over the world getting massages). The room, the smell, the staff were all fantastic. I have never felt so relaxed before. They help you to relax and de-stress before you even start your massage. Perfect for a couple wanting a couple of nights away to themselves. Would definitely go back.

DH and I each enjoyed the Enlightened Escape package last week. The spa works hard to ensure you are in the right head space to really get the most out of the package. We were greeted when we arrived and given a drink and a short DVD from the owner to watch; explaining how we should focus on the "present" in order to get the most out of our visit. We then got a tour of the aqua pavilion facilities and left alone to enjoy them - 2 types of sauna, steam room, spa and pool. Herbal tea, water and fruit was provided to ensure we remained hydrated.When our time there was finished, we were taken to the day spa area where I had the foot ritual and tea ceremony whose aim was to further prepare me to be totally relaxed for the hour massage which followed. DH just had the massage. We both enjoyed the massages very much and felt totally relaxed when we left. Later in the day when we arrived home, I lay down for a short rest. 2 1/2 hours later, I woke up feeling very refreshed. Highly recommended.

I was visiting friends on the Gold Coast and needed to recharge from all the excitement of the Christmas and New Year period. I was pointed in the direction of Enrich Retreat, nestled on a tranquil hill in Bilambil Heights and overlooking a beautiful lake. The location set the scene for what was yet to come. I booked the Enchanted Escape package which commenced with use of the pool and sauna facilities before I was taken further up the hill to the day spa area. An initial foot scrub was followed by an hour relaxation massage and then finally a relaxation facial. I like a strong massage and Melanie my therapist had a very strong set of hands and managed to identify and remove a few stress knots from my upper back. Without needing to move from the massage bed, the facial commenced and it was one of the best I have ever had. It involved a ritualistic application of each product, followed by removal with a warmed wet towel and a scalp massage. I even fell asleep at one point of the facial during the scalp massage. The whole experience was rounded out by a glass of wine and cheese platter (or I could have opted for water and fruit basket) whilst again enjoying the fantastic view of the lake. I left feeling fully recharged and looking forward to the remaining few weeks of my holiday. From it's serene location through to the exceptional level of service provided by my therapist, as well as the well thought out spa experiences offered, I couldn't fault it.

I travel a lot in Europe, the US and Asia with work, and I like to take the opportunity to unwind from the stresses of work and travel whenever I get the opportunity. I booked the Enchanted Escape package, including access to the spa, a foot ritual, full body massage and facial. The overall experience was the best I have enjoyed in 15 years of travelling: the setting is beautiful, the experience was well thought through, the facilities are excellent, and the service was both friendly and professional delivered by clearly experienced thearpists.I would highly recommend booking here to anyone visiting in living in the area or Gold Coast.James TarlingLondon
