It is a beautiful patrolled beach, with lots of sand for kids to play as well as great swimming area. we caught many waves and enjoyed our time here
Elizabeth Beach is very accessible from a carpark next to the beach. We often take our surf kayaks here and it isn't a long walk to get them in the water. Waves are ok and if you just want to have a swim in the ocean it is great and very picturesque.
A lovely beach with life guards at the weekends . Waves not too large for the weak hearted . Popular but uncommercial spot.
We live about 25 kms. from Lizzie but have no qualms about setting out as many times as possible during the year . Our grandchildren are in Little Nippers so that is an extra incentive. It really is a little bit of paradise. Scenic with sand surf and sun what more could you ask for.
Elizabeth Beach is a delight - a classic Australian beach, with clean, golden sand and clean blue water. It is very safe, suitable for swimmers of all ages, and is patrolled during Summer and Easter holidays. Not too much competition from board riders, who tend to prefer nearby Boomerang and Blueys beaches. Elizabeth is a great beach for kids to explore, with safe, rocky headlands at each end. Parking can be a bit of problem during January. If you're one for an all-over tan or don't mind sharing the sand with those who do, take the 10-minute hike through the bush to Shelly Beach. The water is beautiful here, too, though not much in the way of surf. Good snorkelling, though. Probably more for for adults than kiddies - the walk over the hill is steep and hot, the water gets deep close to shore, and conventional modes of modesty are not always observed.
On every trip to the Pacific Palms region we end up mostly at Elizabeth Beach. It is a family friendly beach and during the Holiday period is patrolled daily which is a plus. The beach faces North and is mostly of a reasonable swell and misses a lot of the red weed & other nasty visitors. Surf school is available and all in all , a very popular spot.
Quiet, patrolled, great for kids. Waves weren't to big. The location and surrounds could not be any better.
Great to have a patrolled beach so close. Very family friendly. 10 minute walk from pacific palms resort.
We spent all week here! Plenty of fun for everyone, safe & great for kids! Waves are not that big but big enough to be able to swim well, great atmosphere and beautiful view!
A perfect little beach, super clean, clear water, safe swimming (most times) and patrolled when busy. It is quite sheltered with calm waters but on a windy day the surf rolls in enough to entertain the boogie board riders. We visited this beach on 4 days during our recent one week vacation in the area and twice saw whales and on another day watched dolphins only 50 metres from shore. In my opinion this beach beats Blueys and Boomeramg Beach which are nearby.
Away from crowd. Very nice place to visit. Really enjoyed the view and the quite environment. Recommend anyone who go to Forster for holiday. It is a family beach, kids will enjoy a lot.
Great beach, with a flagged area, and amazing scenery. Despite the remoteness and small size of the local village the beach was manned with life guards and was quite busy on the weekend. Excellent protected beach for kids.
Relaxing with stunning views easy access. Family friendly with great accommodation just across the road a two minute walk.
Fantastic beaches, beautiful sunset at Wallis Lake, oysters from the Fish Co-op ... a place to relax!Stayed at: Sur la Mer ~ boutique accommodation Newman Avenue ... available for an intimate get away.Located 150 mtrs from Blueys BeachMake sure you visit Seal Rock
On a perfect day, no wind, you could be in Thailand or some other exotic location. Surf is sometimes good. Safe family beach. Beautiful white sand. Sometimes whales come in. Other days it can be windy with brown water or red weed but when it is magic, it could be one of the best beaches in the world.
