I stopped here to visit the information centre but was put off by the confusing parking fee/ admission fee. Various prices are listed, a day rate of $7, $3 to visit the falls, $1 for something else unknown, and something else was $6. NSW seniors free. I was with a NSW Senior, but I'm not one so I couldn't tell if I needed to pay to go into the information centre or not! Some cars had the paid sticker in the window, most didn't, so I simply left and went elsewhere into Kangaroo Valley. Most National Parks are free, such as Botanic Gardens, so I really don't know why you would have to pay to go to this one.

Beautiful scenery and well worth a visit. The trip through the Kangaroo Valley is gorgeous. Lots of rain so the Falls were wonderful. Parking fee for the National Park but only $3. Easy for wheelchairs.

Made a quick detour to the falls from the Illawarra Highway. You are required to pay AUD$3 for parking via ticket machines in the carpark. You enter via the gift shop and cafe. The falls are a 150 meter walk along a raised pathway. Good gradient for prams and strollers. Falls and valley views were spectacular. You can opt for longer walks.

The Fitzroy Falls were just lovely - had just had loads of rain so they were 'falling" well. Beautiful views.

Amazing walks. Sensational views. Well maintained lookout stations. Well maintained paths. Beautiful spring flowers. Words cannot describe the views. Go there!

We thoroughly enjoy our visit to the falls which are really worth seeing. Information centre is excellent, with good staff and lots of interesting things on sale in the gift shop. Coffee shop was not ready for service, we were too early, 11am? The toilets are easily accessible and clean. Very pretty spot, worth a visit and wander

a lot of time and effort has gone into making the walk very accessible. the short walk to the top of the falls is nearly all on a board walk. then each of the next walks around the rim have estimates on time of return and distance to each of the walks. remember to take water if you are going on any of the extended walks. only fee is $3 for parking in a National Park. worth every cent!

Friendly staff, informative displays & historical information about Fitzroy Falls provided. Nice gift shop. Cafe & toilets available. Provided nice gateway to the tracks to the Falls themselves, which are spectacular.

I've been here on numerous occasions with various friends, one of whom had never been out there and we planned to go have coffee after our nice walk. Alas, the cafe doesn't open on Tuesdays! The shop is nicely laid out and lots to offer but the coffee area was closed but still look dark and outdated (this was taken over last year but seems yet again to have changed hands?). It's such a shame as it is in such a great location! Shame the NSW parks can't get someone good to run it!

The place was beautiful. I was just not so used to such an eco-friendly toilet. Wouldn't mind visiting again when 2yo toddler has outgrown stroller so it would be a more relaxing walk

There is a restaurant, but it was closed in winter. The walk was about 45 min each way. The waterfall and scenery was amazing.

La pire des places pour aller prendre un verre ! un service déplorable, des serveurs condescendent ! le personnel mérite une bonne leçon dans les rapports humains.
