goulburn visitor information centre

We have found the information centre here in Goulburn very helpful. During our stay we have popped in with different queries and have found the staff friendly and very obliging. They seem to go that extra mile to make your visit in their town a complete pleasure.

I was in charge of a 5 day coach tour based in Goulburn. These folk were a godsend. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Just across from Belmore Park. Parking easy. A most interesting place.thanks for your invaluable assistance

The staff were extremely helpful and were able to give us all the information that we asked for, as well as some helpful hints about the best sights to see in Goulburn centre and surrounds.

Staff were great, very informative, had good suggestions based on the time we had available to spend in Goulburn.They also gave us ideas of things to see and do at our next few towns which we were on the way to!

This is one tourist information centre that knows their district well. They were able to recommend many things to see and do after establishing my interests... well done!

The tourist information centre provided our group with a guide. The young lady was most pleasant and very knowledgeable. The places we visited were different and most enjoyable, especially the afternoon tea at the Water Works.

Centrally located, the Goulburn Visitor Centre has plenty of information resources for everyone. All my queries relating to the Goulburn Rail Heritage Centre and were to find old wares and collectables, were answered efficiently and without fuss.

Don't forget to check out the toilet area!The gentleman behind the counter was absolutely lovely and knew how to have abit of a laugh.We loved the smell of the oil burner that they had on. It was a vanilla scent. Could be over baring for some.Recommend checking the place out- there's a park across the road whilst mum and dad work out what they're going to do and the kids can play.

I went to the information centre to get information about Goulburn and its surroundings. The staff wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t feel welcome. He did give me the information I needed though. Maybe he wasn’t having a good day...

We booked through this centre we were given good advice and all information and pricing was current. I always make a beeline to the Local Information centre when I head out of town they point you in all the right directions!

Very helpful staff, great resources, and lovely local products for sale. We we here Easter Saturday and staff were able to give us plenty of info on what to do and see while we were in the area - also gave us a great map of the area which made everything much easier. I also highly recommend the extra thick, extra long woollen socks which you can purchase there - they're amazing!

The ladies that helped us were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Definitely recommend you stop here first and find out what's open while you are here - they recommended we see a couple of churches and they truly were magnificent!!!
