A very enjoyable morning spent exploring the Macintyre River and Lake Inverell - absolutely no experience required! The breakfast was great and the coffee cups were totally unique! Strongly recommended for any age and level of experience.

For fitness or relaxation, Heinrich and the crew have everything organised to fully immerse yourself into the experience. The bird life is in abundance and it is a very picturesque journey. Early morning or special evening tours (full moon) The breakfast that is provided is nothing short of a smorgasbord providing a great opportunity to socialise. A very inspiring adventure. Our group from work did the morning trip with breakfast. All equipment is supplied and Heinrich is good at instructing how to row. The breakfast was very nice- home made Bircher muesli ,bacon, eggs and French toast. The rowing was not too taxing - thought I would have sore arms next day as I'm not used to doing rowing but all was fine. The scenery and wildlife is great and it was fun doing an activity like this with family and work mates. There were varying ages in our group from 2 and 4 year olds to mid sixties and everyone was able to participate.

A wonderful experience that leaves no stone unturned in care and professionalism, not to mention the food and insights provided by a great staff.

All the organizers are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The first paddle we were involved in was at Lake Inverell. Our family from the USA and Germany came over for our wedding at the end of last year. There were approximately 14 of them in total ranging from the age of 65 down to a 3 year old. Heinrich the head of Joeys Adventure Tours catered for everyone nothing was a problem or to hard. Our family rave about it to this day.My husband and I also just went on a Kayaking trip called WOM, DOM, NOM a 4 day 150 Km paddle with 140 people on the Macquarie river. Joeys tours got us there and looked after us like we were kings. They supplied everything. It was a challenge which is what we were looking for and we enjoyed every minute of the trip. We are planning to do another trip with them soon and recommend them very highly. A truly excellent experience have a go you will love it!!!!!

What a treat on our doorstep. The perfect start to the day, our guides were helpful (I had never paddled before) & great hosts. They thought of everything & cooked the best breakfast. A wonderful morning for any fitness level. Great value.

I have paddled on the morning/breakfast session and a night/dinner paddle. Both times, it has been super organised! Way too much yummy food!! :)You don't even have to get your feet wet if you don't want to. My kids (10,12 & 14) have enjoyed it too, when one of them got tired, someone was there to help tow them home. Can't complain about that type of service!! A must do!Kylie Wilks

A canoe trip on Lake Inverell, followed by a sumptuous breakfast ( cereal, yoghurt, juice, bacon and eggs, coffee and cake) . Canoe was a little lower in the water after the brekky. Top guide, and very friendly. Truly an experience everyone should have.A regular paddle without the brekky is recommended for those who want to shed a kilos after the holiday season.Fantastic value!!!!!

This was undertaken during a sports trip for the Joeys Mini World Cup Football Tournament in Inverell. The journey was done on a rest day during the tournament, The trip was physical but not so demanding that it impacts on the players strength for their upcoming games. The organisors are very well organized and there were plenty of staff spread around to watch our group. The safety briefing is thorough and the lunch was perfect. Well done Joeys Adventure Tours!!

I love kayaking with these guys so much, I keep going back. Kayak in excellent locations, eat like a king and go home with a smile on your face. It's great value and I've no hesitation in recommending it. It's also suitable for all ages and abilities... on my most recent kayak the group ranged from 8yo - 70+ and included non-swimmers! Everyone had a brilliant time.

I have had many kayaking adventures with Joeys Adventure Tours, with my family, our breast cancer support group ladies and with friends and have enjoyed every one of them. Had such an awesome time with these guys. Location was absolutely beautiful, and our guide was great, very informative. The food spread after our hard work was awesome too! The whole trip was great! Would definitely do again.
