junee licorice and chocolate factory

The best licorice you have ever tasted produced from organic ingredients. So dedicated is the Factory to making the best product that chocolate is sourced from Germany. It is possible to see the licorice being made, it is possible to choose from a wonderful selection of licorice from the shop. It is possible to purchase afternoon tea to a satisfying meal and the gift shop has a range of quality gifts from which you would be able to find something to suit the most discerning person.

Very friendly staff. Excellent, informative tour - shame licorice was not in production. 4 year old daughter loved the opportunity to make a giant freckle. The taste testing was good, not stingy in their offerings. There was plenty of seating which looked lovely, however did not eat from the restaurant. The gift shop upstairs had plenty of nice things to look at and buy. At the end of the tour, we were encouraged to play vertical bowls. Bit of a strange activity but turned out to be lots of fun, even had a prize for the winner. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Thank you for your review.Unfortunately our licorice production depends on manufacturing demand rather than just for tourism, February is a slower period for sales therefore rather then the regular 5 days a week production is reduces. Our guided tours still explain in detail the production (with visual aids), history of the building and establishment of Green Grove Organics along with samples and a game at the end.Our sales counter has clearly marked products and prices and our staff are always there for any questions.
