Needs air-conditioning especially in summer. Didn't have to wait which was good. Wasn't over crowded.
Great concept, that's about the end of it. After reading the other reviews looks like after 6mths this place hasn't changed at all, still incomplete. No adult staff at all.
This place is uncontrolled, loud and chaotic. Older children mixed in with very young kids, recipe for disaster. Tramp mats just like average ones from target. And the restroom was filthy. Also stinking hot and uncomfortable. The one young employee standing on supervision duties appeared almost asleep on his feet and disinterested. Sorry but this was really disappointing.
We took a group of young teenagers here for an end of year activity team building exercise. They all enjoyed and and had a greayt time. The staff ensured their safety brief was done beforehand, the kids were warmed up and started slowly and built up the activity. very well organized and run
Went to flip out kids loved it !! As for the crowds well all I can say it was well organised and hardly any crowds but that's on a none holiday season the foam section isn't open as yet but when it is I can say it will be a hit !! The staff were great and friendly as for seating maybe a few lounges and more tables also I nice coffee shop would be nice for the parents!! But overall I recommend for the kids as they are both completely buggered!! Which means great exercise !!!
Went to FlipOut (Tweed Heads) today. Very disappointed. Firstly they wouldn't answer or return calls when we tried to enquire about visiting. We accepted the photographs and information on their website only to arrive at an incomplete facility. The foam pit was still being constructed, therefore out of bounds. All jumpers were jammed into one trampoline area and no rules applied to how many jumpers were allowed on each trampoline. My children couldn't jump safely because small and large children constantly ran/jumped across the trampoline in front of them. Most children removed their socks because the mats were slippery, despite this being a stipulated (but unenforced) rule. There was insufficient seating for parents. Ladders and roped off sections with "keep off" signs littered the facility. Very disappointed not to be warned of the situation and yet still expected to pay the full entrance fee.
