Hi Metoutre The Sunday mixed Christmas raffle was massive making seating on the day a real premium. It is not Club policy for lounge seating to be reserved by anyone, local or visitor. However, seating in the Norfolk Bistro can be reserved and our raffles can be monitored from this area. The Courtesy Bus leaves from the Club every half-hour. It can sometimes take up to 20 minutes before getting to your door as it does both drop-offs and pick-ups along the way.We sincerely regret that you felt unwelcome and poorly serviced on the day. We would deeply appreciate a second chance to prove to you that our services and facilities can surpass your expectations.
