A combined town hall/ museum with a lot of history on Brisbane and exhibitions from time to time ( this one today on Hollywood)Take trip up to the clock tower ( 10 floors) by lift with a guide at a small cost for some nice views of surrounding area.

Great advice, very helpful and accomididating. If you don't have your own transport while in Brisbane this is the best way to get to the Australia Zoo and optimize your time there.

Highly recommend this. CCs door to door transit excellent. Chris is so friendly and gave us such good information. He saved us a lot of walking time. Loved getting up close and feeding the kangaroos. Take water with and maybe a snack.. Wear good walking shoes.

We booked this service because it seemed easier than working out connections and we didn't want to be part of a big group. This service arrived bang on time and picked us up from our hotel door. Very comfortable minibus, tips and information from Chris, who used to work at zoo were helpful, the drive also felt shorter because of commentary and discussion and viewing video of Steve Irwin, his family and colleague are the Zoe's history and ethos. Chris picked us up at the end of the day, again bang on time and we had an opportunity to watch the Crocodile Hunter on video which again made the journey seem shorter. A great service, and one we would highly recommend.

We made the mistake of thinking that public transport would get us there. Perhaps we left too early since we wanted to be there when it opened but there was one train connection to change to and, once we got to the final station, we found that there was no way of getting to Australia Zoo until 10.00 when the courtesy bus started running. There was only one taxi service available to the area and their taxi happened to be in the garage getting fixed up. So, we walked.When it came time to leave we did the smart thing and took Chris up on his offer and it was well worth it. We wish we'd known about this before we made our own way there. Highly recommended.

CC's offers door to door transport to the zoo on a modern minibus. Driver Chris is friendly and clearly passionate about the zoo and Steve Irwin. During the journey he plays a great documentary made after Steve's death, which really gets you in the mood for the zoo. He also provides lots of really helpful tips on making the most of the day. Water is available to buy for $1 on board to avoid the expensive zoo drinks and you're also given a souvenir photo at the end.

We used CC's Croc Connection to get Australian Zoo - Pickup was on time and the commentry was informative. Also the van was very clean and comfortable. Would use this service again when we revisit Australian Zoo. So would recommend....find phone number on Australian Zoo site.

Had a great day at the zoo, set off very nicely by Chris's Croc Connection - really put us in the mood for the day at the zoo and full of useful tips for getting the best out of the zoo visit. Chris's personal experience of working with Steve and Terri Irwin was interesting to hear about.

CC picked us up at our downtown Brisbane Hotel. We were too jet lagged to drive to Beerwah ourselves, and that was a good thing because of all the information CC gave us. He has a video in the van and showed us videos of Steve Irwin most of the way there and back.The Croc Connection was a good value. If we had gone to Australia Zoo on our own it likely would have been more costly, stressful, and we would have been deprived of the information from CC.

We had always wanted to go to the Australian zoo so when we found out that we could get picked up and dropped back to our hostel for a reasonable price we jumped at it. To then find out Chris used to work with Steve, meant I knew we had made the right decision. He showed us a tear jerking DVD of Steve's family and about the zoo. Then he gave us tips on how to navigate around the zoo and how to save time. All in all, amazing service and a lovely man. Would highly recommend to everyone.

This trip was great. We had the owner chris pick us up and drive us to the zoo, he gives you great information on what to see and how to book things. Tips on what to avoid. All first hand knowledge as he used to work with steve irwin. Brilliant day. Couldnt recommend enough.

Front door pickup and drop off makes this a great, easy, day for folks visiting Brisbane without a car. Chris is pleasant and the drive was very pleasant.
