A really lovely day out at a real farm, my grandson had a ball, fed the pigs, goats & chooks also bottle fed the calves, the people were lovely, we will definitely be back, love it.

This place is not your average farm, the people were lovely and polite. The prices seem a little bit steep considering the additional cost as you go along. For 3 til adult which I'm assuming til 17 yrs old it's $12 which I think it's a bit too expensive considering you have to pay for the feeding bag and the pony rides . If they charged $6 for all people plus the additional prices then I can understand it considering the 3-17 yr olds would most likely use the pony and feeding bags.... I may go back but once my child turns 3 I won't be going back until their turn 18 as it's cheaper for us

Our Kinder went along. The kids loved all the activities, especially the hay ride and hay shed. Worth a look even if its not with your kinder. Not the best for a picnic if its damp.

Stopped by this small family run farm on our way from RedHill. It's great for the kids that want to pet goats, chooks and guinea pigs. The owner (Ian) was very friendly and we chatted a bit about the farm's history and the livestock.Recommend if you're in the neighborhood.

I have taken the kids a few times and had one of my kids birthday's there as well. It is a really up close and interactive experience that the kids love. To watch the kids to holding and patting the animals is such a joyous experience. The tractor ride is always a highlight and the kids will drag you back on for another and another.....It is a place that i will visit regularly

Entry was an affordable $6. You get to walk around the farm and look at the farm animals and they had a good range of them. A couple of greedy billy goats(!), some sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, ducks, even some ponies and a peacock! Great for little kids, though my 2-year old was a bit freaked out by the goats, maybe she was just a bit too young, still. :)There was some tea and (instant) coffee facilities, but really, really basic.

Took 8 year old grand-daughter here today and actually had a really nice time. There are lots of animals to play with and she loved the bunnies and piglets in the barn - spent over an hour just in there! We had a picnic and thought the facilities, garden, outdoor seating areas, toilets etc. were very run down and could all do with a makeover. Felt sorry for the lone dingo in an enclosure that was so overgrown he could barely be seen. A turtle in a similarly overgrown enclosure was also a bit sad to see. Staff lovely and they do try to entertain the kids but it just needs a good cleanup, better signage, and more effort put into the gardens and enclosures. Grand-daughter loved it though!

Just left and everyone agreed hands down best farm visit ever! We had a great day out. Friendly staff, loads of animals and a lot of hands on experiences.

I really enjoyed the Rain, Hayne and Shine Farm, they have pony rides for the kids, open access baby animal area. You can feed the pigs, go on a trailer ride pulled by a tractor, buy animal food to feed the animal with (which is a great family activity). It is the perfect place to go for a family outing though it is a big confusing who to pay. There are loving goats, cute cockatoos, stunning ponies, friendly pigs, super soft rabbits, guinea-pigs and adorable lambs. I would definitely recommend this activity to all family's young children and even slightly older children.

I went there with my family and I have to say all the bad reviews here are WRONG!! Please do not be influenced on them! It was a lot of fun and the animals were all taken care of and tamed very well! There were many goats and a lot of Guinea pigs, chickens and rabbits. The animals roamed free (within reason) and we're not harmed. It feels like a real farm! Loved it!

We went with 2 adults and 3 kids. That was $40. (What would you pay for a movie or a trip to the Zoo - where it's crowded and you don't get that close to the animals?) We spent 3 hours there and then had to force the kids to the car. Beside all the animals you could pet (walk-in enclosures) and feed (sheep, goats, calves, ponys, pigs, ducks, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, doves, cockatoo, lizards,... - Lots of baby animals!!!) you could play in the hay barn or on the playground, go for a ride on the tractor or a pony ride ($2), grind grains into flour, pull each other on a little hay wagon and have lunch (we brought our own) at a picnic area. It is all very rustic and beautifully made (I have been to farms before where it was a bit "manicured". Not only the kids had a fantastic time!!!

What am amazing place for children to explore a farm. We were able to get up close and personal with so many animals. The tractor ride was definitely a highlight!!!

The website said $35 for a family, we get there it's $40 for a family. Everything is so run down, there a few goats, pigs, ducks, rabbits, guinea pig. The tractor wasn't working and it was going to be the last time they used it but my kids didn't even get that ride, the staff didn't even care, he shrugged his shoulders and said next time. I'm telling you now buddy there will never ever be a 'next time' !!!!!! Really really disappointed!!!! I really didn't even want to give this 1 star but I had to.

Went to the farm with my husband, 2 children and their grandfather. Without being aware of entrance fee, as website did not advertise one except for the price of pony ride and hayride. When arriving kids over 3 were $12 while adults were $6. Astounded that children's were twice the adult price, I took my youngest thru while the other waited in the car. We seen some goats who for your safety you can't feed. Ponies in a paddock, a donkey who has seen better day and didn't respond to being patted. There was a shed full on bunnies, guinea pigs and chickens and a couple of piglets this was nicer and had food for sale for $2 a container, but the rabbits and chicken were not interested in being petted. We moved onto the pigs, feeding some veggie scraps left in containers by the enclosure. There is a dingo enclosure, which is insanely overgrown next to a tortoise one in similar condition. They provided an area for BBQ lunches and old train carriages to look at hold parties in. The was a playground area with tyre swing and small children's plastic climbing gym. Paid $2 more for pony ride, which while not much to pay was over in less then a minute. We spent no more the 30 mins here. I am pleased that we lived near by as I would be unimpressed travelling any real distance to attend. That said my daughter enjoyed it, but you would be stretching it to plan a day or even half day around a visit to this farmyard.

Visited for a friends birthday, and for a bunch of 5 year olds it was a fantastic day. Will be recommending to everyone I know with kiddies, and will be making return visits with my little family as much as possible.
