Hello Dave 1018,It is wonderful to read your review and very pleasing to hear such positive comments. We do have a diverse range of staff that cover the many different requirements of our visitors. We are happy they met your needs.Our location is central and yes parking can be tricky at peak times however there is free parking at the rear of the centre as well as in the shopping centres near by and in all the streets .Thank you again for taking the time to write a review.

I can understand your frustration at this occurrence.I would like to emphasise that our consultants are very happy to give information on any attractions throughout the Margaret River Region, including the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.However this was not what you experienced and I do apologise for this.We will follow up with our consultants to ensure all staff have access to the relevant information, in the future.I do hope that you enjoyed the excellent Bushtucker tour, and that you will visit us on your return to the region .
