Being one of the main city landmarks, you would expect something a little bit more maintained and enjoyable. But the park around is dirty, messy, almost abandoned...

Disgracefully simple and beautiful little church that sits on top of the hill overlooking San Antonio. This a great chill out spot where you can view the nightlife below or take a stroll in the park. Other than the usual light fingered crime, the area is relatively safe and there are plenty of really good restaurants of all types to be found in the immediate vicinity. So if you are in the vicinity, this is the place to go on Friday nights - enjoy!!

It's a nice little spot for a quiet evening walk, or a place to have a sit and relax. It's nothing extraordinary or worth going out of you way to find, but if you're staying in the area and want to get out and walk around this would be the best place to go.

Sweet little neighborhood with a park in front of the church. You can forget you're in the city from here. There are often artisans and musicians, families and the occasional tourist enjoying late afternoon frivolity.

The is a church located at the very top of San Antonio and is the highlight of very clean park. There are police there to assist you with maps of Cali and to give you guidance on how to get around if you are walking. It is a quiet place to read a book, take photos, play a musical instrument, and provide services to tourist (e.g. info, food, souvenirs). This church can also be a fitness goal daily if you are residing in Barrio San Antonio. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the bottom to the top or be smart and take a taxi to the highest point of the park then walking down just 5 minutes to the church. I wasn't able to get inside but I did enjoy the relaxation of the outside surrounding grounds. Very Safe and Clean. Happy Travels!!!!

a very safe neighborhood in Cali, a little bourgeoisie but otherwise great restaurants, the park and church are beautiful and offer a great overlook to the rest of San Antonio and the city center of Cali.

The San Antonio neighborhood is GREAT! Walkable, safe, great cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries. Incredible architecture. The entire area makes a visit to Cali a must!

Very well located at the top of a of the area. Their surrounding are magic, particularly when you hear the storry telling people that meet around the church. Go Friday or Saturday night and enjoy.

Must visit while in Cali. It is relatively safe to walk around Barrio San Antonio. Go to the church and admire the view of the city.

Iglesia San Antonio is a cute little church with a long history, but the real thing to see is the view of Cali from the church.There is a nice park next to Iglesia San Antonio and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. It is an easy walk from Iglesia San Antonio to downtown.

The Iglesia de San Antonio is a must see if visiting Cali. It is the oldest church built in the city of Cali and has a breathtaking view once, a person manages the hike up the hill...A simple structure in itself but placed upon a cobblestone plaza. Immediately one is tranported to an era long gone when the Spanish conquistadores settled and helped built the city of Cali.The plaza is surounded by many artisans with beautiful manual Works of arts and crafts. Many small local restaurants open in the área surrounding the church late @ night making this área a must go to attraction if you are a tourist in the city of Cali.

Not because of the church, but the hike and it's view worth the easy hike. There are people sitting and chating till night. There some good cafés nearby.

It's worth the hike up to Iglesia San Antonio just to see the view of the surrounding neighbourhood. The church itself is fairly small and was closed when I visited (about 9am on a Monday morning). Pretty location.

a lot of celebs get married there and the area is pretty. not much else to do there tho. i spent 15 minutes with some pictures and then left.
