The Pirangi Cashew Tree is amazing and unbelievable for its huge size!! It's a typical tourism place to go and see with your own eyes. There is no photo that could represent its size!
This was worth the stop. Beautiful view from the top!! Can not believe it is all one tree. The beaches are just beautiful there as well.
A true natural wonder - why shouldn't we be amazed about this more than we are? Is it the tourist shopping surrounding the entry, the fee that makes one wonder about the value or the overlook structure that still doesn't do it justice? Whatever the case, it is hard to fathom the size of this tree species and it is worth a quick look... if even from the outside.
One of those attractions in Brazil that don't really gives you a kick ! Been the same all these years Badly managed, boring, a quick 15 mins to go round under this Guiness World Record Tree and see branches and roots every where. The observation tower was better but don't expect to get a postcard view because it sucks! No architectural to see beyond the tree, just look at the tree tops and back to your car and go to the beaches further along the road !!
Very interesting because it is unique: nowhere else you will see a tree like that. You can enjoy a delicius juice and shop for local crafts.
This cashew tree is amazing. We got a private taxi tour to take us to see the cashew tree, the largest in the world, the size of a football pitch. There are tourist shops around as well as restaurants and cafes. Well worth a little trip, but not much else to see.
Incredible how big is the caju tree. Very good touristic information with WiFi available. A handcraft Market complete the visitors wishes.
An interesting tree to admire. The place is well kept and is really nice to walk around the tree. You can also climb some steps and have a good look from the top. Not an expensive morning out. At the exit of the place you can try cashew juice. Not nice!
This was a very worthwhile side trip and worth the minor fee to get in. You must go up the tower to see the full size of this tree. It's amazing, would have enjoyed seeing it during harvest time. The guides provided useful information and enjoyed a taste of the juice.
It's an easy well-marked 20-minute drive from Natal to O Meior Cajueiro do Mundo, the world's largest cashew tree. It is enormous. Do not expect the trunk to be thick like a California sequoia, or tall like redwood. What makes it "world's largest" is that it is a single tree that is the size of a forest. The impressive tree actually appears to be more a thick forest than a single tree, but it's actually one single tree. The thick canopy is a nice break from the hot equatorial sun. And the tree has free wi-fi! If you are in the Natal area, do not miss it.
I love cashew. But even if you don't even know this delicious and healthy fruit, the biggest cashew tree in the world is a must-see.30 min from downtown Natal, this huge, horizontal tree takes a block size, surprisingly invanding the streets around, showing the force of Mother Nature. It´s cheap to get-in, it's clean and organized, it has a sightseeing tower to climb up and reach the beautiful Pirangi beaches with yours eyes. The handicraft fair around worth the walk, with fine pieces made by artisans and a good price for shopping cashew nuts.
It´s huge but I wouldn´t came back. It´s a big tree spreaded at a large place but it´s not so charming. I think it would be better to spend the time at the beach close to the tree.
You'll see a tree with an infinitely large stem. Climb to the viewpoint and see the size of the tree, it's where everybody goes to take nice pics.
You can`t have a real idea of the size of this amazing 800 square meters tree unless you go up the observation tower. It`s hard to believe is all one tree!
5 Reais to see something you can see from outside. And they serve you 10 mL of cashew juice. If I knew I wouldn't pay.The tree is beautiful and large but if you don't care you don't need to go there inside.
