First of all the enoteca is now located in Corral Victoria, which you can reach on the public bus to San Clemente. We went there on a Friday to arrange a tasting tour for Monday…luckily over the weekend we did our own tour to Balduzzi which was wonderful. Arrive there by bus to San Javier-easy! On Monday the woman who had promised to arrange our tour at Corral Victoria seemed to have forgotten about it completely! She could not even manage a tasting for us at their own winery in Corral Victoria-shame! We did enjoy a delicious meal at their restaurant. On a side note avoid the ramal tourist train that runs only on Saturdays! It does not go all the way to Constitucion but stops mid-way so you miss most of the valley views. Not that you can see much out the train windows which are cloudy from years of grime. It's HOT & a hunk of junk tin box…the train we took broke down repeatedly & finally the engine blew so we had to take a bus back to Talca-dreadful day-skip it!

Nothing is appointed on time, they gave us a map and a schedule to visit on our own a winery that did not need confirmation in advanced, because is the only winery fully open in the route. The contact on the Wine Route does not speak English and did not understand that we only have a day to visit Maule.

Visit to Chile would be incomplete if you haven't gone for an outing visiting the fabulous wineries in the 7th region, heart of wine and fruits. This is an excellent tour, either with friends or with family. A tour that would introduce you to a new world, so enjoy "wine and the people". On route stop at Villa Cultural Huilquilemu, a regional museum, which has some unique collections. This place has a gorgeous park for picnic. There are some lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can taste typical Chilean foods.

Don't miss the wineries on this excellent tour, either by driving yourself or arranging a half or full day tour. These are some of the most productive wineries in Chile, and their wine is fabulous--probably because the grapes are grown in the RIGHT terroir for their types. This area is northern Italy or Napa Valley, but in the southern hemisphere. Be sure to stop...and to spend a day on the old "ramal" narrow gauge train from Talca to Constitucion...built in 1961, it still runs the same route through the hacienda/vineyard country between the regional capitol and the coast, passing through the coastal foothills and amazing country alongside the Maule River, where the train is the main transportation access for the area residents. Enjoy the wine and the place...and above all, the people!

La región del Maule posee muchas viñas con vinos de alto nivel en todos los sectores de la región. Se recomienda hacer degustaciones de los vinos y comparar la diferncia entre viñas.

Talca es la capital de la VII región del Maule en Chile es un lugar tranquilo , colonial con lugares verdes y de tierra no presenta la vida ajetreada de una ciudad grande se consigue todo por aquí, cerca a unas horas hay costa llamada Constitución , Iloca Y está a 3 horas de la capital del país Santiago los climas y estaciones son bien marcadas y aún así hay entre ellos días con clima variado, ideal para estudiar sin distracciones.

De todas maneras que si eres admirador del dios Baco, no puedes faltar en tus visitas, recorrer esta región, con un sinfín de viñas, grandes, medianas, boutique, de consumos propio. De todo encontrarás para conocer y degustar, viñas insignes y locales como carmenere, carignan y otras que están cultivando en esta zona, no te arrepentirás

No encuentro que sea extraordinaria , es normal, la ruta hacia Sn Clemente es bonita pasando 45 kilometros de Talca a la cordillera, lugares como paso nevado, lago Colbun , es limite con Argentina. Si hay una parte que se llama el Enladrillado que es un cerro lleno de piedras lisas en dode se hacen tour, es muy bonito. Huilquilemu esta a 5 minutos de Talca pero no le encuentro el aractivo turistico.

Lo mejor Viña Ribera del Lago, mística y oculta a ojos de quienes no observan, los blancos son los mejores de Chile. Caliboro con vino Erasmo, un vino de excepción. Tours de Viña Balduzzi bien organizados.

Llevé turistas a la viña donde fuimos muy bien recibidos por la oenologa quien nos expliquó muy bien el proceso de fabricacion del vino y contestó a todas nuestras preguntas con amabilidad. El lugar es lindo, tanto la vista como la casona y la bodega con historia.En la viña Balduzzi la visita es muy bien organizada. Para la ruta mismo encuentro que faltan más letreros como por ejemplo poder hacer la visita en bici.

le falta mucho para ser como Colchagua o Curicó la gente de RRHH y Marketing no hacen bien su trabajo

Si bien villa cultural Hilquilemu reúne las características para convocar grupos de turístas y a través de su historia despertar interés por la memoria de la localidad que lo alberga, resulta lamentable la publicidad que éste complejo ha tenido por culpa de las personas que lo utilizan como plataforma laboral. Un grupo de jóvenes profesionales fueron estafados por Lesmy Torres y Fernanda Espinoza Bergeret, directores generales de Entretentenchile. Este grupo de periodistas, historiadores y diseñadores se vieron envueltos en un montaje de publicación, la que consistía en generar publicidad a la región del Maule, utilizando como plataforma de desarrollo Villa Cultural Hilquilemu.Resulta lamentable las dificultades de desarrollo de los organismos que pretenden sustentar y preservar la historia del país, cuando estas son llevadas por manos irresponsables.
