A short walk from the centro, but definitely worth it to see the mini-Eiffel Tower! Very peaceful and clean.
Go during the week and there won't be that many people and you can let the kids run around. The area with the kids playground is especially fun for them. There is a giant dinosaur slide and kids couldn't get enough of it.
It's a big park aimed for everyone. Loads of places for kids to play on and rides to go on. There is a replica of Eiffel Tower in the park ( there is a saying ) so people don't have to travel to Paris to see it. Lots of eating stalls. You could spend hours there.
Now that the park has been redone, it's actually a nice place to bring the kids. They've got a dinosaur theme going and our daughters love it. The huge Dino slide is for sure the main feature. Leave that part of the park and you've got all sorts of paved paths you can walk on. Some nights you can catch a water light show too. In the middle they've got a mini Eiffel Tower that you can climb. Bottom line, we will be bringing our girls back. But be careful for sure, there are TONS of people and you could lose your kids quick.
You have to visit this for curiosity value. The couple who founded it had a passion for Paris and the man created this for his wife as a reminder so it has so-called replicas of various Parisian landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, River Seine and Arc de Triomphe.
Nice place to walk around and see some open space in the city. This area is popular with families and students and locals out for a walk.
Pretty park, be prepared to see lovers hanging out by the park at all hours of the day. Go on a weekend to see the park in full action! Lots of (wayyyy too many) bouncy castles (about 10 on my last count), bull rides and little cars and vehicles for the kids to ride. There are usually lots of (unhealthy) food stores selling things by the side of the park. There is an Eiffel Tower lookalike in the centre of the park with a spiral staircase in the middle if you so choose to climb to the top. If you decide to do this, be prepared for some kids to climb alongside you and shake the tower for all it's worth. A little scary but good view.
Nice place to have a walk and see a bit of the daily life. The "eiffel tower" is a bit scary but you can have a nice view from the top. Pleasant place to go.
Nice way for kids to run off their energy. Has a huge dinosaur slide and other activities for children, e.g., horseback rides, and ATV rides.
There is a small ice cream kiosk in the top corner of the park and this is a great place sit with and ice cream and watch the world go by for a while.
It's an OK park. There's a few food stalls, some table football machines to hire and the famous model of the Paris Tower for the kids to climb up. And that's about it. The municipal planting is fine but there's not man plants or gardens to enjoy.
Nice place for a walk among the majestic trees, to admire the Corte Suprema, to people-watch, or to relax with a book. The mini-Eiffel Tower is hilarious.
At one end of the main drag in Sucre, but worth a (daytime!) visit to see the weird interpretations of the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower.
A charming haven of rest inside a bustling town. Tree-lined walkways, fountains, and a comical little Eiffel Tower in the centre. The park is surrounded with stately public buildings. Nice place to people watch and spend an hour.
It was like shutting out the hustle and bustle but still being surrounded by the most elegant buildings imaginable. Sucre is probably one of the most elegant south American cities that I have visited
