I finally found something worth a visit in kharkiv....the dolphinarium is truly remarkable. I visited the sister location in Odessa during a visit in August. The dolphin show is amazing..the animals are so well trained and they are smart. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired but the dolphin show is something to see

First of all one has to appreciate what the trainers have done with these beautiful creatures. If you are like me, I am always astounded with the time and commitment that goes into training any wild animal.

Felt sorry for the animals, who were well-trained. Trainers were skilled. A lot of fill with dance performance. The "hard-to-get-into" Saturday night show was 20% capacity. Recommend sitting on the left (stage right) about two-fifths back from the stage. No seats get you very wet.

If you leave far far away from any sea it is still possible to enjoy communication with such beautiful creatures as dolphins

I've been to several dolphinariums around the world, but what I liked about this one is that it is on a scale that is suited to young children. No giant Orcas like in Tenerife, but a mix of sea lions, seals, dolphins and I believe what was a white beluga whale. An amusing and eventful show even though I couldn't understand the language, the sea lions did a full range of balancing and tossing balls and hoops, the dolphins and whale made many leaps out of the water through hoops and all the usual tricks, with just the right amount of music noise to create an exciting atmosphere for the small children. Outside is a park and interesting models of fish where families were taking photos with their young children. Excellent value for money.

I took my Ukrainian girlfriend to the show in February and, when I go back soon, she wants to swim with the dolphins this time, so I have agreed to pay for her to have this wonderful experience. I have sum with dolphins in Bahamas and in Hawaii in the wild, and know how great the experience is. She is so excited about being able to do this.

yes, it's interesting but there is no really amazing program there, just a few dolphinsand it lasts about 20 min only, the rest time is about sea bears, etc.

The show was fantastic it didn't matter that I couldn't understand a word, the animals working with the trainers to loud music were fantastic and it was money well spent

The show was excellent, the pool area is huge and very deep and the dolphins have loads of room to swim around. The show was about 80 minutes and worth every penny of the £6 entrance fee

If you are in Kharkov during the summer then visiting the Dolphinarium is well worth it. It is not on par with dolphin shows at Sea World on the Gold Coast but still a good show.Value for money and the time of the show were also good.

I have been in Kharkov Dolphinarium in 4 September 2013 with my family. We really were happy there. The Show was spectacular and impressive. I recommended seeing.

Very good entertainment.Saturday night show is great. They call it romantic show but it is only romantic only by the name :)Anyway, it is a good show to bring your lady before enjoying the Saturday nightlife of Kharkov

Good show to see in Kharkiv, especially if somebody has difficulties with ukrainian or russian and saw all stripteases of city already. The seats are hard and simply, the air humid (need better conditioning) but all lasts not as long to bring a discomfort.
