This whole district was built to attract tourists for a comfortable stay. Pretty swimming pools with overpriced cocktails, young people looking for love. The Beach became so packed with places like Ibiza, Bono, Ithaka, Portofino, you hardly see the sea anymore. The side side of luxury are the soviet kiosks were they sell disgusting food and rip off the tourists fro various attractions. People are there to show off and not to relax or enjoy the sun.

Arcadia looks like a good place for night life in Odessa but the clubs don't really meet up to the expectations. They seem to be crowded, which is nice IMO but the style is a little outdated. The district has nothing else to offer and almost none of the characteristics of Odessa can be seen here.

This place is full of beautifull well dressed people. The food is great, but you must choose the place. The best place for beach party is Ibiza and the best place for night party is the same place Ibiza club. It does not accept credit/debit cards. It has swimming pools and beach as well. Very nice place to be during summer. I would not suggest any other place.

In the summer, this place is "hopping". The night doesn't start until about midnight, then lookout. Get ready to "party"

The night life of Odessa is there. Recommended the following clubs: IBIZA, ITAKA, WESTERN. Good drinks and finger food ,good music , dancing until sun rises beautiful dancers and friendly people. Watch out in any case transportation and be polite in any case.

Arcadia is prime beach area of the city, offering dozens of the cafes, restaurants and night clubs/beaches. As such its always crowded and noisy. At night - full of beautiful and stunning girls and all male tourist/business travelers population of the city. Club shows are great, so if you like the lifestyle and enjoy latest music trends - go for it.Best clubs/beaches Itaka and Ibiza. if you are hungry - I suggest the Ararat restaurant on the hill above Arcadia - stairs (not in the good shape) are located straight across the Itaka club. It offers local and armenian food and great view from the cozy cabins. Also there is a hotel - Morskoy and you can wal the Health Path (Trassa Zdorovja) straight to Lanzheron/downtownNew central allay is being reconstructed, I am not impressed with the quality, but generally its OK.Must see for summer, if you are a tourist.

Arcadia is a famous beach where youcan enjoy the pleasant sea, sip coctails in one of the many cafes. It's also a very popular night time place where there are many night clubs and restaurants.

An awesome area to party. Many cool clubs and the people from Odessa know how to party. I've been to Itaca club and had a great time, got to know nice people was dancing and the drinks were not to expensive and very good.

Arcadia district is basically an old Soviet relic of aged tastelessness with beautiful girls...with their boyfriends. Many Western men come here thinking that the girls will jump into their lap. Doesn't really work that way. So you're left with a bunch of middle aged Italians, Turks, and American men looking lost. If you're going to be lost go to Ibiza pool, which is something to behold. But definitely not a place for stag groups nor families. If police see you with an open beer, good luck. And if you get caught peeing in public expect to pay 100 Euros. Taxi cab drivers are complete extortionists. The difference between paying $50 and $15 is good Russian. Oh, and remember - DO NOT bring BPS and if you change/withdraw money be sure to keep the receipt. Why? Because you can't buy Euros or dollars without proof of purchasing Hryvnia.

Imagine a cheap tacky resort in your own country, this is a lot worse. Dilapidated fairground rides, few places for decent food, only kebab shops. I went to Ibiza club but there was torrential train so was quiet, looked quite decent though.The beach is very small, the pavements are broken.

Many flats in great houses are free. if you want to buy, good moment. Arriving at the beach of cement, I am very surprised, because I don't know where and how people can go there in Summe, they need to be in so narrow place, near to all other people. Not sand, only one little place of the beach.Many people in Saturday's October, there. No one goes to the beach in Italy in Winter, they go the same if weather is fine.There are any little means of transport to have a tour in arcadia's park, very long. At the end, there is Delphinarium, with sport girls over the dolphins, who play with the ball better than Maradona and Pelè together: they jump out of the water and hit with the tail. Very funny!

Went to this place and the true is, that place sucks! Is dirty and the infrastructure is old. You will find out in this place a lot do rusty metal around, small and narrow shore walk for a crowded place most of the times, and lots of garbage every where. Arcadia beach is nothing more than average beach, with terrible sand (full of cigarettes and dog waste) due don't have a proper toilet facilities for people, you will see kids doing their "thing" close to the beach.Is over price!!!!! Dirty and don't recommend at all to visit this place. Stay in downtown or, visit other beaches... But Arcadia.... No... Big no!

We visited beach club Itaka twice in the day time. Good service with food and drinks, clean beach, nice swimming pool. Peaceful in the weekdays, but during the weekend very loud music, dancers, competitions etc even in the daytime. So for adults, I recommend visiting from Monday to Thursday.

Between May and Mid September this is the place to be for nightlife.Lots of nightclubs and people.Don't speak foreign language too loud or the nice policemen will stop You and sooner or later You will give them a gift like 50-100 grivnas each.
