Unfortunately his soft voice meant only half of the tour group of 14 could hear his comments (there was no mike in the van). Also he is so kind, he took time several times to give other tourists thoughtful answers to their questions, although they were not part of our group. Also, we had a misunderstanding in booking through another agency and thought we were having a private tour for our group of 10 people. I would recommend to book directly with him. In general, I would say he was less engaging than other guides we had in Bulgaria and Turkey.
