Really enjoyed adaland!! Got to get my picture with a sea lion and also swimw with the dolphins. The waterslides were fantastic but dont go around alone as the park is quite big and confusing to get around.
Me my hubby and daughter had a lovely time especially the sea lion show and dolphin show it's amazing to watch we also had a swim with the dolphins my 3rd time and my daughter has done it twice lovely experience and a brilliant show would recomend x
Don't go to the sea life centre not a lot to do and was a bit of a waste of money. We paid £25 each and was promised 1000s of fish that wasn't there. By the end we were struggling for things to do
Dolphin and sea lion show was fantastic! Very interesting and professional. Would see it again. Very easy to get there on public transport for a couple of pounds. We stayed in Aqua Fantasy and it is literally around the corner. My advice is to buy tickets either online or gate as its much cheaper than through hotel.
We heard about this waterpark, they say its the biggest waterpark in europe. unfourtunately they were closed in november.
We arrived at Adaland at around 12, paid in, which wasn't very expensive, but you'd wanna bring about €100 in Lira if you're bringing a family.Once we paid, we found our way through the park over to deck chairs, and WEAR YOUR SWIMSUIT UNDER YOUR CLOTHES!! Can't stress that enough! Because you have to change at your deck chair, so if you can just strip off into your swimsuit it's a lot less stressful than having to get fully changed! Anyway, it's a slide park, basically, and we went on many slides. There are some for kids, thrill seekers, adrenaline junkies, and for people who don't like slides, there's swimming pools, diving boards, rafting, a lazy river, etc. There's loads of places to stock up on ice cream, drinks and snacks as well. For little children, there is a shallow Area with small slides, mini climbing areas, just water park-style playground. So yeah, it was a fun day out, and I'd highly reccomend it!
Brilliant choice of slides, great fun in the sun, floor gets very hot in the heat but not much you can do ( can't wear shoes down the slides )
This review is targeted towards the dolphin and the sea park. If you care about animals READ ON!Let me start on a less drastic note; the food. It was pretty grim to be honest; and the staff serving it were miserable and sneered at you as if getting food was a crime. The views were OK.This is were my blood starts to boil; the activity's. Ok, let my guide you through them:Swim with dolphins - $80 will allow you to watch depressed dolphins swim round in small tanks being told to wave at you and do tricks! Not really swimming. A load of poo. Don't do it.The shark tank - Almost the definition of pathetic. I would be more thrilled standing in the pond in my back garden than this. Getting lowered into a pool with 3 - 4 foot long "sharks"? You decide.Ray pool - 6 rays in a small shallow pool were you and other people can walk around and harass them. How much water do you think rays need? 30cm? No I don't think so either.Rabbit cage - Also know as rabbit prison or "Thumpers demise the experience". Who ever is responsible for this deserves the same fate as the dozen rabbits they have shoved in a 3m wide cage to be stared at and neglected. They were malnourished, dirty and cramped. Disgraceful. No special sun cream to stop fish being poisoned when you snorkel with about 4 of them. This place is HORRIFIC. If you have pets, imagine them being treated like that, Underfed, abused, dirty and overheating! DO NOT FUEL THE ABUSE. Save your money and go to some of the many great waterparks in turkey. 1/5 NOT RECCOMENDED.
Clear water. Cristal clear. Something new for me. Amazing showers. Good music and dance. The best swimming pools from Europe.
I did visit this place in october month 2014 and at that time did Adaland give me that impression that it was possible to go and swim with their dolphins by buying a program for 90 EUR so I chose to buy a ticket to that program. The program wasn't about swimming with dolphins, it was only about training of a dolphin. The dolphin and I was told what to do through the entire program. I was also asked to give different kinds of signals to the dolphin just like the dolphin trainer was doing and the dolphin was rewarded with fish every time it obeyed the signals correctly. The dolphin was more interesting towards the trainer and the box with fish then it was towards me.If the dolphin and I was free to move around together in the water as we pleased through the entire program, then I would have been swimming with the dolphin but that was not the case, I was only assisting a dolphin trainer with his job.The dolphin trainer was getting paid to be working but I paid to be working as a dolphin trainer assistent. That sucks :-( They sold me work but let me believe it was about swimming with dolphins, that is a master stroke but in least was it a real living dolphin and not an inflatable dolphin. No one shall pee in my cup and then tell me it's just tea. I left the place with very bad taste in my mouth. I should have known better, if something sounds to good to be true, then it probably is and this time it was.I found out that I actualy need a permission to work outside of my country, which I didn't have so have I have also been working illegally too. I will not recommend this place but if there are people there are so desperate enough to go to this place anyway then it's up to them to do so.
Not all rides available. Food quite expensive versus low quality. Dolphin show very nice. The bus that leavea from Kusadasi to Adaland does not pass through the city center as often as needed.
We'd never seen a dolphin show before and swimming with them was out of my price range..The weather was absolutely baking hot up there, taking water or buying it there before the show is a must! You have to pay 10tl to get a wristband to be able to use your own camera to take photosButThe show was amazing!I kissed a sea lion, we learnt a bit about them & the Dolphins,The Dolphins leapt and surprised us it was thoroughly enjoyed by all!Would definitely go again if I was nearby. We didn't wish to visit the waterpark- good job as it didn't appear to be open.
fantastic!!i kissed a sea lionlearnt about the animals- eg i had no idea sea lions have hair.the dolphins were amazing!!!!!!!!you do have to pay to use your own camera :( but its worth doing.beautiful views from up therebe warned it gets VERY hot up there!!! so make sure you get/take drinks before the show.well worth a trip! the waterpark looked shut when we went, but we were staying at aqua fantasy so wouldnt have used it anyway.
Watched the sea lion and dolphin show, which is about 50 minutes. Lots of seating and great views. You can't take pics unless you pay 10 TL for a wrist band that gives you authority to do so, but well worth it, you only need one per family too. Swam with the dolphins afterwards, costs about £70 per person but was an amazing experience you get about 25 mins with them. They also run a free courtesy bus back to your hotel so make sure you ask.
This place is not to be confused with the Auqapark on Long Beach sotuh of Kusadasi. We visited only the Dolphinshow - the Aquapark was closed. We were a bit early and had to wait at the Cafe-area, before the charterbuses arrived. We managed to get some soft drinks while waiting. The Cafe-area has a fine view south towards Kusadasi,- there's not much more to tell about it.The Aquapark is situated on the hilltop and might be good (but was closed). The Dolphin-show lasted around 45 minutes and was OK. They started with one big seal and trainer visiting the audience - seal "singing" and "kissing" some of the guests. Quite impressive seal-behaviour.The dolphins performed well, although we have seen same/better at other locations. We just went from Kusadasi with "Dolmus" No 1 at the cost of 2,75 TL one way, while people on tour probably paid more......Some of the visitors paid extra for swimming with the dolphins and pair extra for photos taken.(You had to pay 10 TL extra and got a platic brazelet - to use your camera/phonecamera at the show - although I think nobody would have noticed if you had not paid). All in all a fair show - nice for kids. (Some say the other Aquapark is better - we do not know.
