The restaurant"Kouzina" is very good one - nice and fresh food, excellent service, fantastic view on the beach

Although I have already reviewed our holiday to ornos mykonos I felt that I would need to review once again. I contacted Thompson on our return and asked them why they have photos on their website that DO NOT reflect Ornos beach. We were taken in by them. They promised to review the pictures but they have not. The beach looks nothing like the website it is completely and I mean completely covered in sunbeds ranging from 10 euros to 20 euros per day. You also have quads racing through the streets day and night. Would I go back, yes if it looked like the pictures but that is not going to happen so no I would not return. Shame on you thompsons for misleading travellers. A very disgruntled traveller.

I've been to many Greek islands, but for some reason this beach remains to be my favorite. It's very calm and has very comfortable lounge chairs and good freddo cappuccino.

Ornos has many trendy bars and restaurants in the beach with plenty of chairs. Very easy to get to and people of all ages. The beach is near the hotel Yannaki, in my opinion the best hotel in the area for quality, convenience, and price.

A nice little bay with a small organized beach quite clean , with nice restaurants but during the season is too crowded (September included).

It was really windy while we were in Mykonos and this beach is protected from the wind. Lovely beach to chill out and relax.

This was almost on the beach and they had some tables and lounges on the sand. Friendly service, typical menu and good quality. We ate here several times and used the free loungers most days.

Full of lovely tavernas with great food of a good quality. Safe sea swimming. Water taxis to other beaches. Downside beach traders walking up and down constantly but do go away easily.

the water so calm and the sand so clean, I could be here all the time. the eateries are excellent on this beach.

Beautiful place, great service, amazing experience. A must go to while in Mykonos. Eat at Kuzina Restaurant, the pizza place around the corner was also good.

This beach is set in a fantastic location and with an abundance of superb restaurants (one I will review separately) to boot dotted along the beachfront. However, having spent a long relaxing lunch the idea of then renting a sunbed to enjoy the views was soon rescinded such was the frustration of seeing other patrons being constantly pestered by African males trying to sell their cheap products and souvenirs. I watched the same people saying no to the same males time and again ~ did they actually think they wouldn't be recognised again once they had walked back along the short beach ten minutes or sooner later?Another cause for concern was family group of three whose young daughter (13 to 15 years) booked three sunbeds on the beach in order to enjoy the sun and I'm sure sights but this was soon made uncomfortable by the constant pestering by various males to buy items and also the evident attention towards their daughter. The couples daughter was clearly a very beautiful young woman, but having an African male then sit on an unoccupied sunbed a few feet away while clearly ogling her in her bikini caused me a degree of anger as I could see it did her father, remaining standing between them in the hope someone would get him to move on. The family or any patrons simply couldn't relax. I was also annoyed by the lack of action from the company who manages these sun lounges or any Greek authorities in general from their failure to take action and move these people on.This location is stunning and deserves high praise but I cannot give a more favourable review because of the issues highlighted above. These men need to be banned from the Islands and the Greek Government or principalities need to start taking action and now! I would not allow my wife to walk to the bathroom on her own with these men around let alone a young girl like this, such was the concern because of their evident predatory behaviour. We were so put off over lunch we had to change our entire plans and spend the day elsewhere.

Pretty views and great water but very noisy and crowded. The food choices and drink selection are great and the service is wonderful. You have to get there by 11:00 to get two chairs by each other.

Loved the location friendly staff and breakfasts on the beach. Fantastic bay and great swimming and snorkelling.
