We didn't visit the interior where the exhibits were because we didn't have enough time to spend and the high price of tickets.We preferred to gaze in the garden and take pictures of the lower town and the Bodensee . The town and the Schlossplatz are beautiful. Next time we shall spend one night.

Clinical in comparison with the old castle and any real character is lost in the expanse of marble. Views from the gardens of the lake are what your camera's for.

so well arranged and identified. The building was so well restored and really gave the feeling of what it might have been like to serve in such a military castle.

This is the 'New Castle' built in the 1700s (have a look at the 'Old Castle, and you'll understand why they moved out!). Its a beautiful building, light and airy, and well kept. Even the loos are decent!Lots of displays, and history regarding the Prince Bishops of Germany, and their powers. Most displays have an English translation on the information panel, and the rooms have laminated boards, with information, all in English as well as German.The terrace restaurant is good, and not overly expensive, with stunning views over the lake.Entrance fee might be high, I can't comment, as we had purchased a 7 day 'Go Anywhere' ticket for the Lake Steamers, which also gives free entry to a lot of the local attractions.

We attended a wedding feast in the Neues Schloss Meersburg. It is a beautiful, elegant palace with beautiful grounds and a gorgeous view overlooking Lake Constance.

This is lovely looking building, but with not very much to offer inside. It is also expensive to enter but it's saving grace is the stunning terrace and gardens that overlook Bodensee. The views are pretty spectacular but other than that it is pretty average.

Be impressed by the history of Meersburg, near Lake Constance. Home of many famous names, such as Anton Mesmer (inventor of hypnotism) and many kings and bishops. Beautifully restored. Interesting for history-interested travelers

We visited the new palace in Meersburg. The building itself was beautiful but we found the exhibitions were not to our taste. However we enjoyed the garden and the beautiful view over the lake. The church was very beautiful especially as it was quite small.

We went to the Schloss after visiting its garden the night before. There is a great view from the garden and it is lovely, as well as free. The actual Schloss is disappointing and overpriced; there really isn't all that much to see and it is not very well labelled or described.I can imagine a wedding or a party here being more fun, but just as a tourist attraction, it isn't nearly as good as many other examples.Just go to the garden!

Um belo palácio com jardim bem cuidado o ano todo. Apenas visitei a fachada e jardins da frente. Vale a pena!

Belíssima construção concluída no ano de 1.712. A fachada é em estilo barroco e dá vista ao Lago de Constança. Visitas guiadas pelo interior do castelo são pagas..

O castelo é muito bonito e muito diferente do Burg que é bem antigo. O castelo fica bem na frente do lago e é muito usado em eventos.

Im Schloss-Café kann man bei modernem Ambiente Kaffee und Kuchen von der Traube Tonbach genießen. Die warmen Speisen sind dezent ausgefallen und machen einfach Spaß.

tutto il borgo cittadino ,conservato in originale , rappresenta un unicum in quanto risparmiato dalle distruzioni che hanno afflitto tutto qs.territorio nel secondo conflitto mondiale;al centro si colloca qs.costruzione ben restaurata e mantenuta edificata dai regnanti ed utilizzata dal clero duranteil periodo della riforma religiosa calvinista che ha visto migrare la sede vescovile da Costanza occupatae riformata; il palazzo conserva ,oltre a saloni bellissimi,una cappella di stucchi barocchi magnificente,gli stucchi,esempio unico,hanno l'aspetto di marmi levigati che splendono del riflesso degli ori.Di fianco il castello medievale ,vecchio castello,ancora oggi abitato ma sede di un museo,che visivamente offre il contrasto delle 2 differenti epoche.

Очень интересная коллекция. Также выставки и культурные мероприятия, которые мы там застали. Собирается местный цвет общества, выставляют свои работы художники и ювелиры. Как в кино!
