I admired the rare architecture and tranquility. Even though in Germany since years most elder people go to the church, i think the youngsters would like to take advantage of this gorgeous site. Please don't miss it. I don't have a diploma in architecture to describe it wholly..SJ

Laut Wikipedia ist die Georgskirche "die größte spätgotische Kirche der Pfalz". Sie ist auch wirklich sehr beeindruckend und wunderschön anzusehen. Eine große, schöne Orgel steht auf der Empore, ein Chorgestühl ist vorhanden. Wir haben hier ein Konzert gesungen und waren auch von der Akustik sehr positiv beeindruckt.Die Kirche ist auf jeden Fall eine Besichtigung wert, wenn man in Kandel ist oder vorbeikommt.
